I groan as I lay against a tree behind the school. Maybe I was set up by that big jerk, Alex!
"Hey, Letha your actually here." Alex says suddenly crouching next to me.
I jumped and banged my head on the stump. "Ow! Don't do that!" I say punching him on his arm.
"Ok ok!" He says raising his arms in defeat. "For a girl, you punch hard" he smiles.
"For a guy, you sure are an idiot!" I say laughing at his pouting face.
As soon as he stops pouting I stop laughing looking at him, his eyes seem to be glowing in the moonlight. Realizing what I just thought I cleared my throat. "So, uhm, what about my eyes?" Hmm note to self ask him later on how he knows about my eyes changing colors... Maybe he's a stalker?
"Oh, that's because you can do this," he replies with a sly smile.
What I just saw seemed so unreal!
