Together Again (A Kelly Severide Story)

New Hope/New Home/Fresh Start

After Erin and Jay left Kelly put down the bags and then looked at me and said

K.Severide- what do you want first for or to chanage into some PJS

Luna- to chanage please would you be able to help me

K.Severide-yeah of course I will Bug
Luna- thank you

He grabs the bag of clothes and pads place the bag on his shoulder and holds the pads with one hand and then helps me out of the bed and walks me to the bathroom I held on to his arm for support as we walked o the bathroom in my room we get in there and he place the bag on the floor near the shower and then places me onthe shower seat he unzips the bag and pulls out a bar and pants he helps take the gown of me and sees the bruises on my ribs and stomach he carefully places on a sports bra he then places on a pair of thick fluffy socks he then places on my top I then take of my underwear and he paces me a clean pair and hands my over a pad I put it on and he helps me to stand up so that I could pull them up properly they where on he help place my pj bottom on and then stands me up so that he can pull them up he then sits back down and grabs out his hoddie out of the bag he the passes it to me and I put it on he place all my item into the bag and then helps me back and takes me back into bed he makes it so that I can sit up and eat he passes me the food and I look at it seeing that it was loads

K.Severide- I am not expecting you to eat it all just eat what you can

Luna- ok Kelly thank you for everything

K.Severide- no worries sorry about everything that has happened to you

I look at him then the food he then looks at me and says

K.Severide- hold on I forgot Cutlery I will go and get some

He walks out of the room and I just sit in the bed thinking about everything and I mean everything I think about ( Kelly cheating on me and how it made me feel and how I did the same to Renee she had every right to be mad, I then thought about how much I missed Kelly in my life and how selfish I wanted to be now that I had a chance I thought about the two babies that I had lost at the hands of James I also thought about losing my father and my mother, I then thought about everything James ever did to me and about his Hands on my body and shivered at the thought I never wanted him to touch me again I never wanted his hands on me again. Kelly walks back in to the room and hands me some cutlery I take them from him and open the tub of food and begin to eat slowly Kelly was also eating so I did not feel so in secure about eating once I had enough I put the lid on the tub and placed it on the bedside table and grabbed my milkshake and drank it. We sat there for awhile just talking Dr Rhodes came into the room .

Dr.Rhodes- how doing Miss Halsted

Luna- I'm alright I guess

Dr.Rhodes- glad to hear it I just want to check a few of your vitals and ask you a few questions if that is ok

Luna- yeah that's ok

He walks over to the bed and takes some vitals as he does he asks a few questions.

Dr.Rhodes- have you eaten today

Luna-Yes

Dr.Rhodes- good what did you have

Luna- I had some pasta with broccoli and a milkshake e I have some of the pasta left for later as I could not eat it all

Dr.Rhodes- good good I still want to keep you in for a few days just so you can get your weight back up a little bit
