Mike's PoV

After today's match I need a break to just lay down, it was a 1 man win and Jose only got out by crawling. It was someone's bright idea to make Yidhra mad right before the match so it was a living hell.

When I got to my room I jumped onto my bed looking at the clock on my nightstand it read '11:41 PM." I groaned turning the other way then started crying, "Why couldn't it have been me? Why did it happen?"

"Why didn't Nata- Margaretha and Murro not tell me where they were going instead of just leaving me there?" I muttered to myself now sobbing. "I'm sick of having to act all happy and joyful when I'm around other peo-" I got cut off by a knock at my door.

I sniffed wiping my tears off my face before saying "ONE SECOND!" I yelled trying not to let my voice crack. I got up from my bed and rushed to the door before I opened it I wiped my eyes again making sure that I was smiling.

"Heyo! What brings you here Eddie?" I asked "Yeah yeah, I need you to ge-.. were you crying?" he asked me "No, why?" "Don't lie to me Morton" Edgar said welcoming himself into my room. "Come here Mike," he said leaning against the door closing it, and stretching his arms out.

I was glad to accept the hug, but when I did something in me snapped I started sobbing on the spot and started to punch his chest. "WHY? WHY DID THEY LEAVE ME?! IT SHOULD'VE BEEN ME!" "It's ok Mike. Let it out I'm not going to judge you. You're safe now." Edgar said rubbing my back.

That comment that he made. It made me genuinely happy usually, when was with Benard he would just tell me to man up and deal with it or to suck it up. I've never had never been told that It was ok to cry.

"I-I just down u-understand why they l-left me."(don't say 'Y/N moments' or anything like that Idk how to write hiccups so I'm just doing a stutter.) "Who? You don't need to tell me if you don't want to. Remember that."

"Well you see the banner on my bed frame is from a place I used to live. Hullabaloo  traveling circus, it was my home, but someone burnt it down and I think I might know who." I said calming down. "I'm so sorry to hear that. Go lay down I'm going to get something from my room that I think might cheer you up," he said smiling before walking me to the bed then leaving.

After not even 30 seconds he came back with something in his hands, "What's that?" I asked, "You tell no one about this." Edgar said handing me a brown teddy bear with neat stitches all over its body"It's something very special to me, my sister made it for my 15th birthday. But I left her.. so take care of it for me"

"Well thank you, Eddie. Now you come here!"I said patting next to me with a genuine smile on my face something I haven't had in a long long time. He laid down right next to me and asked "What do you wanna tell me?"

"Well um ever since the first few weeks you've been here I've felt, uh how do I say this. I like you, Edgar, yeah sure you can be a bitch sometimes," I chuckled at what I just said "but it's what makes you, you! So will you be my boyfriend?" I asked crossing my fingers that he would say yes.

I didn't get an answer but instead, I got pulled into a deep kiss it caught me off guard so I widened my eyes at his actions. He pulled away, "Is that a good enough answer for you Darling?" he asked.

I was still in a state of shock but I still could find some sense in me to nod my head as a yes. (I wanted to make him so "No, no it isn't" SO BAD) "Good," he said laying down on my chest yawning "because I'm staying here for the night." "That's fine with me," I said trying not to freak out about what just happened.

It wasn't long before I heard light snoring 'Awwe that's adorable' I thought to myself soon falling asleep after him.

Im sorry for the short chapter again but I swear the next chapter will make up for both of the short chapters. So until then stay healthy, eat and drink water until next time Goodbye
