Chapter 20

As we got to the house non other then Hatori stood at the door with his arms folded over his chest, and a small medical kit on the ground beside him.

"Hello Hatori" I said as he formed a small little smirk onto his lips.

"It's never a dull moment with you two, get inside I'll heal you up" he said taking a step inside and we followed closely behind.

He opened up the medical kit holding it up to Kyo who held his hand out to stop him.

"Please sort her out first" he said gently making my heart warm in his act of kindness.

Hatori came over holding a wipe, brushing it smoothly over the bleeding wound, I winced in pain and clutched my fists.

He wiped over my knees and any places where I tripped on the dirt and twigs, stopping me from any infections.

"Please don't punch me" Hatori chuckled in his attempted to make me smile

My eyes began filling with tears making all my vision blurry all I could make out was Hatori's black hair and Kyo sitting patiently in the distance.

He quickly finished wrapping the bandages round me multiple times giving me some tablets to take to ease the pain.

As I wiped my eyes I looked to Kyo who sat quietly in the corner, almost to quiet.

Without thinking I got up sitting next to him.

He gazed into my eyes almost looking like a baby kitten.

"I'm alright Kyo see?" I smiled softly showing him the bandages that now wrapped round my neck softly and the plasters covering my knees, my hands now wiped clean.

His hand placed onto mine rubbing the tip of his cold fingers across my knuckles.

"I'm really-" I cut him off by kissing him softly on the cheek.

"It's alright, I'm just glad your safe" I smiled as Hatori came over and gently cleaned him off.

Kyo would not take his eyes off me.

Just then Kyo spoke up.

"Hatori.. what made you come over?" He asked randomly as Hatori tensed up.

"I-I just wanted to do a checkup looks like I came at the right time" he chuckled nervously still cleaning up Kyo with a small wipe.

"You know Yuki and Tohru isn't here, how did you know to come here, with a medical kit?" He said again more sternly.

Hatori sighed.

He relaxed his shoulders leaning back and taking a seat on the floor in front of us both.

Kyo is right, he was waiting outside. Almost as he was prepared to help us.

But how did he know we needed seeing to?

Just as he was about to speak Yuki and Tohru walked through the door staring almost in horror at us both.

"Y/N are you ok!?" Tohru yelled rushing to my side and checking every part of my body.

"I'm fine" I chuckled at her panic.

Yuki stood next to me checking out my neck.

"Are you sure your alright? I bet it was this stupid cats fault" Yuki scoffed.

Just then Kyo chuckled.

We all turned to him as he let out a sinister chuckle. It was almost like he went insane.

I thought Kyo would be attacking Yuki by now but I was wrong.

Kyo simply stood up looking at Yuki in his eyes.

"It was my fault rat, but she's alright now. She helped me see what I needed to. I'm going out of this room come upstairs in a bit" he spoke planting a wet kiss on my forehead and leaving the room.

What the heck had gotten into him?

Did he hit his head!?

"Y/N what on earth did you do for him to not fight me" Yuki spoke as I chuckled.

"I didn't do anything I swear" I smiled holding my hands up in defence.

"What actually happened?" Tohru asked as I smiled to her innocent face.

"Kyo just really needed my help and support with something, I just happened to get caught in the crossfire" I chuckled as Tohru nodded not pressuring with questions.

"Y/N can I have a word privately please?" Hatori said getting himself up from the floor.

"Yeah let's talk up-" Tohru cut me off.

"I need Yuki's help upstairs, you two can talk down here" Tohru smiled taking Yuki's hand and leading him out the room.

They both give me a reassuring smile before closing the door behind them and leaving me and Hatori in a very awkward silence.

"Sooooo..." I trailed on as he sighed deeply.

"You know why I'm here don't you?" He said as  I sat almost a bit stupid.

I had no idea realistically...

"Akito warned me that you might be hurt" he spoke softly.

Akito did?

Akito was the one who put us both into this mess and now she was telling Hatori I was going to be injured.

I sat unsure for a moment not even sure on what to say or what movements to make next.

"Akito also mentioned about the dream state" he said this time sternly almost demanding an answer with his eyes.

"I don't know what your talking about..." I mumbled as he sighed coming closer to me.

He stared into my soul, dragging out every answer he could from me in that moment.

"It's pointless lying Y/N... Akito already told me that you've been seeing her in your dreams, and know her true gender" he said as I sighed deeply.

He was right.

It was pointless lying.

"I have been seeing her in my dreams, almost as if it's like a pre-warning as to what's coming and it's inevitable. The day I first met her and today" I spoke as he nodded.

"Are you still taking them tablets I gave you?" He said as I nodded pointing to the room above us.

"They are in my drawer" I said.

"Have they been working?" He said as I shrugged my shoulders.

"I think they are ok, I don't notice much at school anymore. But Kyo and Tohru are always round me no matter where I go now" I said as he hummed to himself.

"Stop taking them for a little while, ring me if you have any more dreams and i will visit you soon" he spoke as I nodded.

We both stood up and he formally shook my hand.

"Now go and check on that cat of yours" he laughed opening the door to be greeted by a gush of wind and snow flakes entering the house.

"Don't get blown away" I chuckled as nodded and give me a smirk before waving himself off.
