Name: Same Rotatsu (It means Shark Lotus)
Techniques: Mizu Bunshin No Jutsu, Mizu Sonjuu, Mizu No Yaiba, Mizu No Yoroi, Tsunami No Jutsu, Doton: Katana No Jutsu, Ryuusha No Jutsu, Doton: Yomi Numa and Yama Souken.
Backstory: Same was a child who lived in a small house on the border between Fire County and Rice Country, his parents died from a virus that broke out in Rice Country a few years ago, his grandparents took care of him, his Grandfather was an ex jonin of Konohagakure, he now works as a lumberjack. His Grandmother has been a tailor since she was 23, and the best in the 5 great nations. Ever since Same heard his Grandfather's war stories, he always wanted to be a 'cool ninja' like his Grandfather. When Same was 13, his Grandfather decided to teach him a few jutsu, he was trained by his Grandfather until he was 17, by then, his Grandparents had past away, leaving one thing.
