Now here me out I know it sounds weird and wrong but listen to my evidence plz

I believe that Adrien is a senti monster because what if Emily was the old peacock miraculous holder and wanted a son but couldn't have one so she used her power even though the miraculous with broken to create adrien. Since she kept Adrien around for so long the sickness started to come from using the miraculous. The amuk is in her ring and in the Felix episode when Felix steals the ring one Amelie talks about how he was always fascinated by the story of 2 rings and also Gabriel put on Emilies ring, giving him the power to control adrien.
With the ring on everything Gabriel rubbed it a gave a command to adrien would about even if he didn't like in Empheral he rubbed his run under his suit and told adrien to obey then adrien stopped struggling and just gave up the ring. Also earlier in that episode Gabriel told adrien to do the conference for him and at first adrien said no but then there was a close up shot of Gabriel rubbing Emilies ring and then he told adrien again and suddenly adrien agreed.
Also in the season 4 part 1 finale Risk Gabriel gives Natalie the ring so when adrien/Felix does not obey him but does to Natalie because she has the ring. Also in this part we can see Gabriel reaching for the ring wanting to rub it to take command, this all leads to an amuk being in Emilies ring.
