The sound of glass crashing woke me up from my sleep I got up from my bed and quietly went down the stairs I saw my dad yelling at one of the men that worked for him " dad " I said he looked surprised to see me " dear I can't talk right now " he said

I went up a few stairs pretending to go back upstairs " she is coming to get her money " the man said " I- the business is struggling I don't have it " my dad cried " Tell her that sir " the man said " Fine I'll talk to her "

" she wants your daughter there " the man said " What why " my dad yelled " I don't know sir "

I went up to my room why would they want me there how do they know me ? I thought as I dived my back into my bed mattress I heard a knock from the door " Open " I yelled it was my dad of course

" hi honey I wanted to say sorry I was a little rude back there " he chuckled " Yeah it's ok I totally understand " I replied " I actually have to tell you something " he scoffed " what is it dad is it bad " I questioned him he sighed and said " No don't worry it's nothing bad i just have a meeting and you have to come that's it "

Later that day

" CORVINA !! " my dad yelled as I was fixing my makeup and hair I came down the stair and saw a beautiful looking woman she had on a suit with her hair back with strong cheekbones I was in awe she caught me staring and smiled softly " Corvina this is Alexandra Alexandra this is- " he said as he got cut of by Alexandra " I already know her name I'm only here for my money not to make friends " she said

" I - okay please sit though " my father said " So where is my money Castillo " she sighed " I- don't have it yet but I promise I'll give it to you sooner "

She walked up to my dad and got to his level of height " So I must kill you" she said while getting a pocket knife from her pocket " or you can give me your daughter and we'll forget this ever happened " she said

" no-no I can't she's everything I have " my dad said " then give me my money " she said " I don't have it ma'am " my dad started to cry I have never seen him this soft Alexandra sighed " gosh dude so miserable here you will give me your daughter for a month and when that month ends have my money "

She gave him papers I suppose agreement

" here sign " she said while handing him the paper " I don't have a pen " my dad said " who doesn't bring a pen to a meeting here let me help you she said as she slitted my dads face with the pocket knife

My dad gave her the papers after signing with his blood " let's go darling " she signaled me I followed behind her to her car her guards opened the door for me " don't worry you'll barely see me around just be a good girl and this month will go very fast and smooth for you " she said with her hand on my thigh
