Hey, My Lightning Bolts✨⚡💛

Here is what you have been waiting for. A new chapter. I just wanted to tell you to know that there is a tiny amount of swearing and alcohol. But the alcohol is used in a safe way and in a bad way. And it's people who can legally drink. It's more like having a social drink with friends type of situation. But anyway, onto the chapter.

We start heading toward's our car so we can get back to me and Keefe's apartment so Sandor and Grizel can rest because they are tired from their journey here.

~Time Skip to the apartment~

Keefe's POV:

We finally arrive back at my and Sophie's apartment. She unlocks our door and lets us in. We enter and take off our footwear before we head any farther into the apartment. "Your bedroom is down the hall and is the first door on the right," Sophie says as she points in the direction of our guest room that we set up for them. "Thank you, Sophie. See you in a little bit," Grizel says before dragging Sandor towards their room, but not before he can give me a look saying 'I'm watching you!'

Once they had finally left, I let out a sigh of relief. "That was stressful," I say turning to face Sophie as we headed towards the living room couch. "Hey, it wasn't that bad. It could have been like the time we told them we were dating," She says sitting down. "Damn. That was horrible," I say joining Sophie on the couch. "It sure was," She says as she curls up to my side.

~Flashback to telling Sizel(Sandor x Grizel) they're dating~

It had been a while since Sophie was able to talk to her brother because of him being away on a mission. But she had finally had the chance to talk to him. They were going to be zooming with each other that day and Grizel, his fiance at the time. Sophie wanted me to be there, but I really didn't want to be there because of the last time that we had contact with each other. In the end, I ended up sitting next to Sophie while she was setting up the zoom.

We were waiting for the request to join the zoom to appear. Long agonizingly painful moments pass before we finally see the request pop up. "Are you ready for this Keefe?" Sophie looks over at me. "As ready as I can be." But on the inside, I was having a mental breakdown.

Sophie hits the accept button and the seconds before Sandor and Grizel appear on the screen feel like the longest I have ever had to wait for something to happen. Finally, the ding noise that lets you know someone is in the zoom goes off and Sandor and Grizel appear on the screen. "Heeyyyy!! Sophie!!"Grizel says loud and clear as soon as their audio starts working. "Hey, Grizel. Hey, Sandor," Sophie says excitedly.

After greetings are exchanged, Sophie, Sandor, and Grizel get talking about different things. I take that time to calm down and relax. I start to wonder if they forgot I was there, but that is fine anyways.

Then suddenly, a conversation starts to catch my interest. "Soo. Do you have a significant other," Grizel asks smirking. "Well. . .  About that," Sophie starts drifting off towards the end. "I was meaning to talk to you about that," Sophie says after she gathered her thoughts. "Who is it?" Sandor asks gritting his teeth together. "I'm gonna give them a piece of my mind." Grizel puts a hand on his arm. That calms Sandor down some, but his fists are still balled up like he is ready to fight somebody. "Well. . . It's Keefe. He's my boyfriend." There is an awkward moment of silence. I break it by giving my best smile with a wave saying, "Hi."

The sound of knuckles could be heard cracking. Sandor glares and stares directly at me. I can feel the weight behind his stare on me. "We're getting on the next flight there. So I can beat him up," Sandor states standing up. Grizel pulls him back into his seat and says, "We are not going anywhere." "And why not?" He asks questioning her. "Because we have a mission here that we're in the middle of." "Fuck the mission. We are going that way. Then I will beat him to a pulp." "No, you will not. Sophie is old enough to make her own decisions. Besides we know Keefe. And he is a trustworthy young man." "Fine," he says with a grumble. "But if I hear that you did anything wrong and broke Sophie's heart, you are going to regret it," he says ominously. "Got it, sir," I say in fright. "Well. Sorry to cut this meeting short, but we have to go now. Bye," Grizel says. Sandor is just about to say something when Grizel leaves the meeting.
