Once the boys told me i had to share a car with Daniel, them laughing made me feel like this car ride was gonna be awkward. We all got in the cars, i got in the passanger seat of Daniels car. Then Daniel got in "you ready?" my hand was shaking "yeah.. Im fine" I looked out the windowb trying to calm down cause i did kinda feel shy. My hand wouldnt stop shaking. Daniel started the car and turned on the music "you okay? You seem nervous" "Daniel i swear im fine, just excited" "okay ..if you say so" he put the car in drive and pulled out. We started following Corbyn who was leading all 3 of thr cars. My legs were crossed, cause i was shy and nervous. (And a girl) Dont wake me up started playing "emelia, wanna sing it?" i smiled.. "Sure ....sun kissed, my face, wishing for the real thing" we sang a little more then stopped at a red light. Daniel looked at me and we both slowly leaned in and ...shortly after our lips connected. We drove back home, still kissing. The only time we broke the kiss was when we got out of the car. He wrapped his hands around my waist, lifted me up and wrapped my legs around his waist. He carried me up to his room, layed me down on the bed ..and that kiss we had that one night ..all came back.
I jumped awake and see Daniel singing what am i "what happened?" "you fell asleep" i noticed my hand wasnt shaking like it was, i looked down at my hand and saw daniels fingers were locked with mine. I smiled and looked out the window. Then thought about it... Why did the memory of that kiss come back. I spaced out and remembered it. All day at the park, the whole car ride to and from, at starbucks, in the living room once we got back and just laying in my bed in the guest room, after jonah carried me up cause i was too spaced out. What did it mean? Why was it on my mind all day? Just thinking back to every moment we ever had. The pool, daniel always being there after Rodney, the car rides, the kiss, i smiled at the thoughts. I sat up and looked out the window. I couldnt stop smiling, remembering how me and Daniel would always hide from our parents up here. I looked around the room, then realized what room they turned into the guest room. The room right next to Daniels room, i ran to the closet quickly and looked on the top shelf. There was a box labeled 'emelias old stuff' i grabbed the box and set it on the bed. I opened it and saw all my childhood things. My jewelry, earrings, lipgloss, rings, and some clothes. "Aw my favorite sweatshirt"
