Caio, who still is with Eugen and the others, are on the port of Sakura Empire while Cavour is flying around.
While Eugen and basically all other ships are talking, Caio and Cavour talk to each other.
Cavour: How's life with Crimson Axis?
Caio: Basically the same as how your feeling in Azur Lane.
Cavour: Fair enough, wanna head on and race with helicopters?

Meanwhile.
Kaga: Seems a lot of activity- wait a minute who are those 2?
Z1: They are the 2 males that arrived here, surprisingly one of them is from Azur Lane, with close ties to Caio, who is the ship covered in black camo.

All ships turned to Kaga as she stormed over to Cavour, but Cavour had different plans.
