After Karai's mutation, Nuwa has been asked to help looking for her as much as she hated her, she helped anyway
Nuwa, Leo, Mikey and Raph were running from rooftop to rooftop and met April, Casey and Donnie
"You guys had any luck?" Leo asked
"Eh, no sign of Karai. But we just had a crazy run-in with the Purple Dragon gang" Donnie replied
"Ah, you beat them without me? What kind of friends are you?" Raph pouted with sarcasm as he twirled his sai
"We almost had them, until these two goofballs let them get away!" April said as she crossed her arms
"Were these two at it again?" Nuwa sighed
"Ah! It's no big deal, April. Those guys are like a level 1 boss battle, who cares about the Purple Dragons anyway?" Mikey scoffed as he rested his back of his head on his hands
Nuwa felt that something wasn't right, like something was about to happen, but she just shrugged it off
Back in the lair, the Turtles and Nuwa were hanging around and trying to figure out where Karai could be
"You guys, we have been at this for a week straight. Maybe Karai is gone for good" Donnie sighed as Mikey spoke up
"Ok, dudes! Let's use our awesome detection skills. Where do snakes hang out? Swaps, deserts, forests, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, the arcade-"
"Shut it, Mikey" Nuwa sighed irritated as she tossed a comic on the floor
They all looked at Leo who had a sad expression on his face and glanced over at Splinter
"He's been like that for days" Leo spoke
"Karai's mutation really messed him up!" Raph replied
"Sensei is not messed up, he's just... healing his spirit" Leo replied
"I don't like to see him like this, let's keep searching!" Mikey stated stated as he sank to the floor
"I doubt if we'll find her" Nuwa said
"We could really use April and Casey's help, I think they're hanging out at the ice ring" Raph replied as Donnie shot out of his sitting place on the couch
"That's a great idea, we could break them up! I-I mean split them up, I mean split- OW!"
Nuwa created a tiny boulder and Donnie hurts his little toe as Raph and Mikey snickered
Meanwhile, in the Fortune Cookie Factory
An ancient Chinese ghost known as Ho Chan was eating a fortune cookie while the Purple Dragons, who he granted their own bending, were messing around
Then he used his power to control them like puppets as he held his head while concentrating, he already found April to use, but he could feel that a much more powerful being was there too and it worried him
"No, I-it can't be!... the Avatar?!" Ho Chan gasped as he added simply
"You two morons won't fail me!"
After Ho Chan sent the Purple Dragons to capture April and Irma, Casey called Nuwa and the Turtles for help
"You're saying you just LET them take April?!" Donnie shouted angrily
"Listen, these dudes got powers, just like Nuwa, yo!" Casey replied
"Powers?!" Nuwa and Donnie gasped as Donnie grabbed Casey by the shirt
"They're just a gang of third-class wannabes!"
"I'm telling you, they were all throwing lighting bolts a-and blasting wind!" Casey argued as he and Donnie pressed their foreheads onto each other
