It was mid-spring, everywhere was filled with greenery and beauty. The blue skies shined through the clouds, those white puffy clouds looked like cotton candy, making me crave it. A little breeze was making my hair fly back behind my shoulders. We finally find a great spot, right in the middle of the park. Sitting on the warm grass.

I look to my right and I see Chris sitting beside me, looking at the beautiful view. He then turns his attention to me, “you know who you remind me of?” He asked, looking at me with a wonderful smile plastered on his face. “who?!” I asked with excitement, wanting to know who will I be compared to this time. “Alice, Alice in Wonderland, because you always find the most weirdest things fascinating. And your proud being different, you never ask a lot of questions, you just go with the flow. That’s something hard to do nowadays.” This just kept me smiling, he noticed and said “don’t get all emotional it’s the truth okay?! I have no time dealing with softie Alice.” I just gave him one of my death glares and yelled “Did you REALLY have to ruin the moment?!” He laughed, not taking me seriously, yet again when does he ever? “Promise me something” “what” I asked confused, he was laughing a second ago. I looked back at him to realize that he was dead serious. “that you’ll never change no matter what.” I cant keep such promise. People change its normal, but yet again, I can’t leave him hanging. I’ll have to try, plus it wouldn’t be that hard, right? “I promise” I sounded hesitant, I think he noticed too, but he didn’t say a thing.
