------ PROLOGUE ------
Rosemarie Hathaway is a 17 year old girl who live by herself after she shoot her stepfather that became a zombie. Her stepfather was a hunter, specifically that hunts the supernatural creatures such as vampires, zombie and strigoi. Strigoi's are the troubled souls of the dead rising from the grave, can be living people with certain magical properties such as : the ability to transform into an animal, invisibility, and the propensity to drain the vitality of victims via blood loss ---- In short they are the so called immortal vampires.
Rose life's became mesirable until she met this girl named Vasilissa Dragomir --- a royal vampire or the so called "moroi". Lissa make Rose smiled again and encourage her to continue her life. They were best of friends and consider each other as sisters. When they finished their secondary education, they both decided to enter St. Vladimir Academy for Rose to deserve to be the guradian of Lissa. St. Vladimir Academy is a school for vampires and guardians only. Rose was very popular in the academy especially in moroi and dhampir mens. Because she is an attractive woman that men cant resist. One of this moroi men is Adrian Ivashkov --- a 20 years old handsome Vampire and the nephew of the current queen who is Queen Tatiana Ivashkov. He is really crazy when it comes to Rose.
Lissa requested to the council of royal vampire that she wants Rose as her Guradian for the rest of her life. The council still making a decision about it. While in St. Vladimir, Lissa and Rose were enjoying there life. They cant avoid to have an enemy there as well as having circle of friends. Lissa have a crush in Christian Ozera --- a moroi guy who has a power of the element of fire.
There is a time when Rose and Lissa escape the academy. And Kirova Vassilika the headmistress of the academy decided to give Rose a punishment since Lissa is a moroi she is exempted. Rose was given an extra training. On her training, she has a teacher named D'mitri Belikov ----- a russian dhampir who is very popular especially in girls. D'mitri was a 22 years old guardian that killed many strigoi at a young age. Actually, Rose already has a feelings for him and D'mitri as well. The bond between Lissa and Rose is falling. Until it reach to the point, when D'mitri became a Strigoi and Rose will have a choice,

follow and find D'mitri.............
or...........
she will still be the guardian of Lissa and will stay at the academy until they graduated......
