Warmth one could give

"Is it really spring that came after a long winter?"

We are Bulletproof : The Eternal (English translation), BTS

The next day, we all assembled in the living room. The Christmas tree was put up yesterday night by Mr.Kim and Seokjin. Upon entering the living room, we were greeted by the distinct smell of the tree. It stood near the fireplace, wide and tall. The white wallpaper of the living room brought out the dark green color of the tree.

We were all sitting on the sofa. The bags with decorations were laying beneath our feet, ready to be opened. Almost everyone in the room was fidgeting with excitement, not having the patience to finally start decorating the house. That could be evident on the faces that were beaming with excitement.

"We have to divide the work," my mum brought her hand under her chin, while closing her eyes to think about the topic.

"Well, mum and Jin-hyung definitely need to decorate the christmas tree, since they got the eye for that," Hoseok suggested. "Me, Yoongi and Namjoon can decorate the living room."

"I would like work that requires as little moving as possible," Yoongi requested from his seat.

"C'mon, hyung, don't be lazy," Jimin, who was sitting next to the rapper, threw his arms on the elder boy. "We are all in this together."

This is only my third day with them, but I'm already starting to notice a lot about them. The most obvious trait of this family would probably be physical touch. They touch each other every chance they get. Especially the youngest three brothers, they would always hug, jump and hang on their older brothers.

"Get off, Jimin," Yoongi tried pushing the younger one off of him, but Jimin was literally stuck to him like glue. After some failed attempts, he gave up and let Jimin hug him from the side, while the other laughed.

"And the maknaes..." the discussion about decoration resumed, as mum looked at the four of us.

"Me and Jimin can go to the dining room and the hall," Taehyung raised his hand like he was in a classroom answering a question.

"That's a good idea, Tae," my mum smiled at him.

"Thanks, Mum," Taehyung sheepishly said.

"Jungkook and Eunha," my mum turned her attention to us. "Do you mind sticking the window stickers onto our balcony doors?"

"Sure," Jungkook replied, while I just nodded with a smile.

They had these huge glass doors in their living room, which led to the backyard. My mum  was talking about these exact doors.

"Let's get to work," Hoseok jumped to his feet and ran to the bags of decorations, opening them.

"Wait, but what about me?" Their dad asked, causing our heads to turn to him, who was sitting next to Mum. All this while he was quiet, patiently waiting until his name was called upon.

"Ooops, we forgot about Dad," Jungkook whispered.

"Honey, how could you?" Mr.Kim looked at my mum with a hurt expression. I wasn't sure if he was actually hurt or just faking it.

"Oh my, I'm sorry, Dal," my Mum hugged his left arm. "How about helping me and Jin to decorate the christmas tree?"

"Okay!" Mr.Kim's worries were all gone and he looked happier than ever. He got up from the sofa and went to Hoseok to look at what's in the bags, while Mum never moved her loving gaze away from him.
