Just by the title you can probably guess that this will be angst and i mean yes but maybe not angst that u probably will cry cause im bad at it. ANYWAYS ON TO THE STORY!

-Skip to when Ali is like 9-

(Let's just say he kinda lives with Mata and Djin for like 4 years, he obviously got comfortable with them and they put their guard down a little and they're like a happy family except well..you'll see)

"They won't notice, right?" Ali thought as he went into the room. Ever since, Djin literally picked him up like a puppy to the Mata base; He was so attach to the things they do and use. Even tho he couldn't even touch it, seeing the gadgets, weapons, shield, and more stuff they use makes his heart excited and now he is in the room full of them. He's not even a little worry about getting caught, he was way too excited to see all the things!!

He observes every thing in the room but something caught his eyes. Infinity Retinal Intelligence System also known as I.R.I.S, he couldn't really tell what's so special about it. He was thinking of taking it and trying it out but what if something happened and they'll find out he went to this room? I mean he's not really supposed to be here in the first place but what could go wrong?

He grab the blue black and red colored gadget and try it on. Suddenly, the alarm started going out. He escaped as fast as he can and hide actually, the gadget helped him escaped. The gadget told him how to escape and what to do, this gadget is amazing! He hide the gadget in his room the pillar leader made for him. It may not be big and cool like his old room but he likes it! He hides the gadget under his bed so they won't find out and than someone came bursting in his room as he stand up.

It was Djin. "Im glad you're okay" He said with a relief on his face. He's always like that whenever something happened, he is protective over Ali since he adopted him. The others were like that too but Djin is definitely more protective. "Of course i am! Why wouldn't i be?" The boy said with a smile on his face trying not to be suspicious. The guy sigh which make Ali worried, did they found out? "We know Ali, you sneaked in to the room didn't you?" The guy said leaning to the door frame crossing his arm. The boy sigh and his smile fade away. He's so done, they'll actually kill him this time.

Ali's pov:

Yes, i have done this multiple time and i always get caught! It's like they got camera everywhere!! I understand that it's to protect the things so it didn't get stolen but it's really hard. "Cmon, they wanted to see you" The guy said as i sigh and look away with a despair look that he got caught again.

"Right, can we just get this over with? Here, i have the thing if you want to set a punishment for me than whatever" I said just wanting this to end and for them to give me my punishment for sneaking in and trying on the gadget. "That's not the problem Ali, i guess you already know what this gadget is" Dayang said seriously and soft tone, she may look calm but you never know what she actually thinking or feel.

"This thing is now synchronized to you" She continued, "hah?" i said as my eyes widened "Do not worry, we could unsynchronized it to you but" Dayang said. "The machine we use to unsynchronized it only work ONCE" Zain continue. "Yeah so you better not synchronized with you ever again, Ali." Djin said.

"Okay fine, i won't ever touch it again BUT i won't stop trying to get in and out of that room uncaught" I said confidently but i was actually hoping that i can do it. "Ali, we actually have something to tell you" Dayang said. The aura of the room changes, they all look away from me. I've known them for a year, i know their habits. "We will be going on a mission tomorrow" Dayang Said. "Yes so you better not do anything stupid" Ganz kind of shouting but not too loud. "I won't but why so suddenly? Is it that important?" I ask. "You don't have to worry about it, son." Djin said. I nodded and respond with an "okay" and follow Dayang to a room to unsynchronized the Iris with me.

Let's just say, they unsynchronized it blah blah that's all and than Ali went to bed. Am i lazy? Yes and this story is getting out of line of what i planned in my head.

End of Ali's pov

-Next day-

After Ali woke up and dress up, he immediately went to the top of the hidden Mata and hide behind a tree. The same tree that he hide before. Personally, he very likes this tree. He likes to sit under the tree to calm him down when he felt sad or angry, the cold breeze never fail to calm Ali down. It's also the tree that he hid when he saw djin, how weird that that is his father that is very protective of him now. Who is also going on a mission. The pillar leader get out of the mata base and appear at the top of the base. Ali just watch from far away as they walk.

"I know you're there, Ali."

Zain said as he stops walking and the others turns to him confused. Ali pouted and walk to the side of the tree. His other hand is still holding on to the tree while his eyes just looked down. He felt embarrassed because his plan doesn't work and kinda angry too. "How did you even find out that i was here?" Ali said as he stop pouting. "I.know. everything~" Zain said in a gently voice. Djin walked slowly to Ali and kneel on one leg. "Promise me, you'll come back?" Ali said as he looked at Djin in the eyes with his pinky finger up.

Djin and the others was stunned for a while because of Ali's action leaving silence and Ali waiting for an answer. "We promise" Djin decided to spoke up and wrap his pinky finger around Ali's. Ali eyes that lighted up and smiled happily. The others smiled too. Than they started walking away, and away, and away; leaving Ali behind. Ali started to go on his usual routine, he was walking through the forest to get some air until he sensed something.

He gets out his yoyo, Dayang makes his yoyo a little special. She makes his yoyo strings unbreakable so he can play with it with no worries but he also used it to protect himself by spinning it creating a shield.

He hears something moving and it was coming from one of the bushes. Ali looks at the bushes and found a gray cat, atleast it looks gray. Ali brought it inside cause it seems hurt. It seems to have fell or got attacked. Ali got reminded of a cat called Labu that he and his family has back at home. Unfortunately, the cat ran away after his mom died and so does he. After the boy showered the cat, he tends the cat wounds. Turns out, the cat has white fur instead of gray. Ali named the cat comot.

Ali played with comot and realised that it's already afternoon. The core leaders should get back so Ali get to the top of the Mata base and...

What he sees was not what he was expecting..
