AN: this is probably gonna be one of the best chapters i've written. 💕💕

(you can imagine what you both are wearing)

we got out of the car and we walked down a pathway. "rafe where are we?" i was kinda curious. "Don't worry y/n it'll be fun" he said as he guided me through the path.

he held my hand as i was trailing behind him. We suddenly got to an area of board walk. I huge patio over the water is where we now were. Candles were around the Edges of the board. "wanna have some chocolate and strawberries?" rafe said smiling down at me.

i chuckled. "of course i would mr. Cameron." i sat down as he did across me. "Oh my god this are just as good as before!" i said .

we ate the strawberries and now we were standing up on our feet. I was looking at the sun set over the water. "y/n..." rafe began to say.. "yeah?" i said looking at him?"

he put his hands on my cheeks. "i love you" ... "i love you" i repeat back. He sighed pulling me closer.

"did you..." he started in a Low calm voice. "that i wake up, every morning, convinced you'll be gone?" i frowned me eyebrows. i put my hand on his wrist.
"that all of this..." i blinked. "these moments will be confirmed as sole kind extraordinary dream? but when i hear you speak too me..."

where was he going at? "i see the way you look at me and i can feel how real it is. i can feel the truth in your emotions, and in the way you touch me"

he brushed his thumb against my cheek. "rafe" i whispered trying to get him out of this trans. "i love you" he stated again.

before i could say it back her started again. "everything looks so different to me now" he says. "it feels different. it tastes different. you brought me back to life"

wow this was quiet a moment. "i have never known this kind of peace. Never known this kind of comfort. and sometimes i am afraid." he didn't break eye contact at all. "that my life will terrify you."

My eyes were getting glossy. And when i looked at him. His eyes were too. That's the first time i've ever seen some type of water in his eyes.

he dropped down to one knee. He still held my hand as my other went over my mouth. I was crying now. Silently.

he pulled out a black velvet box. he opened it .

"y/n y/m/n pierce ..." he began to say. "will you do me the extraordinary honor... and marry me?"

I nodded my head. "yes yes i will marry you" i said. he put the ring on my ring finger and came back onto his feet.

He put his arms around my waist as i put mine around his neck. "rafe" i whispered. "i love you" he looked at me . "i love you more"

i took my thumbs and dragged them under his eyes. "no don't cry" i told him. he then lifted me off the ground as he hugged me once more.

"wait omg we're engaged?!" i laughed as reality hit me.
