Maroon Nights | A Short Story [COMPLETE]

Hi y'all! Thanks for clicking on Maroon Nights! It means so much to me! :D

So, a few things: as I said in the description, this short story actually goes along with Indigo Skies, another short story I wrote, and while I would be stoked if you went and read that one too, this one can also be read as a stand alone. If you've already read Indigo Skies then Rebecca and Cameron aren't entirely new characters to you! But in Maroon Nights, I've definitely given them more personality and I'm so glad I did because I loved Rebecca's voice and had so much fun writing in her POV.

Another thing, Rebecca is 3/4 Chinese. I just want to give you heads up that I have very little knowledge on Asian culture and family dynamics because I'm American :) . So if anything in this story is inaccurate, please forgive me! I am doing my best and trying to research as much as possible but I will probably still mess up. Sorry! Also, if you want, just comment on what is wrong (kindly :)) and I will definitely try to fix it.

Final thing, this IS a Christian story and if that is an entirely new concept for you, I would highly suggest reading my Author's Note in Indigo Skies because it explains a lot!!
