Surprise

I'm a bit worried because I'm supposed to have my period and it hasn't come yet, I was due it last week but I'm late, so off to the store we go. I get dressed in some skinny jeans and a crop hoodie, I tell Jey I'm going to the store he says okay and I grab the car keys and drive to the store, well pharmacy. When I get there I go straight to the hygiene isle and pick up pregnancy tests, I pick up a few different brands and go to the counter to pay. When I pay the lady gets me a bag to put them in and says "have a good day" I nod and walk back out to the car. I drive home and make sure Jey isn't around so I can go to the bathroom and check if I'm pregnant. I hear him upstairs so I run into the bathroom downstairs and pee, now we have to wait three minutes.

It feels like it's been three hours when it's only been two minutes, I'm sitting on the bathroom floor on my phone my eyes constantly going to the top of the screen to check the time. I took the test at 1:30 it's now 1:33 it's been three minutes and I really don't want to look. I really want to have a baby and I'll be upset if it's negative I get up but have my eyes closed I cover the part where it says with my hand and open my eyes. I remove my hand and.... Omg I'm having a baby oh my fucking god I start crying, a little bit to loud though "hey babe are you crying" Jey asks confused I don't answer and he comes in, I hide the test behind my back and he notices "what you got behind your back Y/N" he raises an eyebrow "um well I have good news" I say and wipe my tears "let's go to the living room" I say to him and he walks towards the couch and sits down, I sit down next to him "okay before you interrupt just let me talk" he nods and I continue "so last week I was- you know what here congratulations dad" I say and hand him the test he looks at it and back to me it's silent for at least five minutes. "nah this is a joke, you playing me" I laugh and walk back into the bathroom and grab the others, I bring them back and show him.His mouth drops, it goes silent again and he starts crying "I'm gonna be a dad" he covers his eyes with his thumb and his index finger and leans into me. I hug him and we both cry "can we tell Jimmy and Trinity" he asks after a minute "of course we can but only them okay and of course your mom and dad and mine" I say rubbing his back "can we call Jimmy and Trinity now and tell them first" he looks at me and I nod and wipe his tears. "I'll ring Trinity right now okay" I say to him and he nods I ring Trin and she answers "Hey girly what's up" she asked in a happy tone "hey Trin can you and Jimmy come over Jey and I have to tell you something if you don't mind of course" I say to her "of course we'll be right over" and with that we hang up.
