~Ranboo POV~
I was sound asleep cuddling with Tommy until i felt movement beside me, i thought it was just his dog, Walter, but when I open my eyes i saw Tommy squirming with a small frown. I also realized he was sweating a lot. I started getting worried, then out of nowhere he shot up from his spot on the bed and ran to the bathroom.

~3rd person POV~
Tommy ran too the bathroom with a hand over his mouth. He leans down to the toilet and pukes up everything he had eaten the hour earlier. Ranboo slowly opens the bathroom door from behind him. He walks up to tommy and gently pats his back, making sure his hair wasn't in the way.

"It's ok Tommy. You'll feel better after this." Ranboo says with a soothing voice. After a couple seconds tommy stops puking and leans back too look at Ranboo.

"Fuck this, Ranboo.." Tommy says with a groggy tone. Ranboo flushes the toilet and gets up to get tommy a glass of water from the bathroom sink.

"Here, drink this. You wanna make sure you stay hydrated" Ranboo said, handing a cup of water over to tommy.
"Drink it slowly, we don't want you getting sick again." Ranboo added with slight pity in his voice while looking down at his strawberry blond boy who innocently looked back up at him.

Tommy nods and obey's, slowly drinking the water from the cup while sitting on the hard, cold tiled floor of his semi clean bathroom. He drinks half the glass of water then puts it up on the counter which was on his side, he slowly leans his head on the wall and closes his eyes. Ranboo slowly sits beside him and takes his hand in his own.
"Ran go to bed, you'll get sick if you stay with me." Tommy said opening his tired eyes just a tiny bit to look over at his beautiful boyfriend.

"Toms, I won't leave you here on the cold floor just because your sick. I'm staying with you, I wanna make sure my boyfriend doesn't die on me in the middle of the night" Ranboo answers with a slight chuckle. Tommy giggles then went straight back to puking for the second time that night.

"Oh god honey. What'd you eat to throw up like this." Ranboo said slowly leaning towards him, repeating the steps he did earlier. Only this time he realized Tommy had slight tears running down his face, oh how it hurt Ranboo to see Tommy like this. Again tommy stopped throwing up and Ranboo gave him the rest of the water he didn't finish drinking earlier, and repeats the exact same line he told him earlier. "Don't drink it fast it'll just make your stomach more upset."

Tommy nods again and this time, finishes the glass and gives it to Ranboo for him to place down on the counter. They sat there for a couple more minutes, none of them saying anything and staying silent, waiting to see if Tommy would puke again but it didn't end up happening. "Alright toms, I'll go get you some stomach medicine. Stay here I'll be right back." Ranboo said getting up from his place on the ground. Tommy smiles slightly and nods, watching his boyfriend walk out the door.

Ranboo leaves the room and goes downstairs for the medicine cupboard in the kitchen, once he turns the corner he sees one of Tommy's older brothers, technoblade. "Oh, hey Techno" Ranboo whispered.

"Ranboo? What are you doing down here this late?" Techno said in a hushed whisper.

"I came down to get some medicine for tommy. He started throwing up out of nowhere" Ranboo answered in the same tone.

"Shit, is he ok?" Technoblade asked with worry now lacing through his voice and a very worried look on his face.

"Yeah, he stoped throwing up but I just wanted to get him some medicine to make him feel better before going back to bed" Ranboo answered with a slight smile before continuing his short walk to the medicine cabinet.

"Alright good. Y'know Ranboo, I think I'm starting to like you." Techno said while leaning on the counter on his side. "You take good care of my annoying brother, I'm happy he found someone like you and not some shitty prick who doesn't care for shit." He continues with a slight smile while looking down. Ranboo just stood there dumbfounded, he never knew if Tommy's brother liked him or not. They're always very protective of Tommy, it sometimes seems like they hate him. But in fact, techno had cleared it up for him today, they loved Ranboo just as much as they loved tommy and that made his heart warm up as he smiled brightly.

Ranboo finally found the stomach medicine and bid his goodnights to technoblade while slowly making his way back up to his sick boyfriend. He made it back to the room but heard noises coming from the bathroom again. He quickly made his way back to tommy to see him hunched over the toilet bowl again, trying to puke something out but nothing successfully leaving his now empty stomach. Now his boyfriend had tears streaming down his face, he slowly stoped puking nothing and looked to his side to see Ranboo. He slowly got up, still crying, and hugs the taller male and stuffs his face into his chest.

"Ranboo I don't like it, it hurts." Tommy sobs, with every sob Ranboo's heart broke.

"Shhh, it's gonna be ok Toms. I got you some medicine, it'll make you feel better. Don't worry, I'll take good care of you baby." Ranboo said, hugging tommy back, soothingly stroking his back again. Tommy slowly pulled away and looked up "thank you Ran, you're amazing, I don't know what I would do without you." Tommy said, putting his hand on Ranboo's cheek while Ranboo placed his hand over Tommy's.

"Your amazing too tommy. But I think you should take some medicine now, you'll feel way better after." Ranboo says, slowly picking up the medication and giving it to tommy, watching him tentatively swallowing it.

"Do you think you can come back to bed now.?" Ranboo asked tiredly while hugging tommy from behind and laying his head on his blond boyfriends.

"I think so. Let's go, your tired, I'm tired we're all tired." Tommy said with a yawn, slowly walking back to bed while Ranboo was still clinging onto him. They both lay back down in bed and start cuddling again. Tommy's door slowly creaks open, he looked back to see his dog Walter had walked in. He couldn't turn his whole body around to face Walter who was sitting at the door since Ranboo was holding him a bit too tight, but he ends up taping the bed and Walter comes to join their cuddling.

In the end, the medicine Ranboo gave tommy worked and he felt better the rest of the night, tho he did take it easy the next day.
