~Tommy POV~
I sat on the cold bathroom floor of my house, Ranboo left to go hangout with Tubbo while Wilbur was probably in his room and techno was at school. I had the day off college today.

I was crying, a lot. I don't even know why, there wasn't really a good reason behind it but I just was. I slowly reached for my phone, but then I heard it. That little voice in the back of my head.

"They don't care"

"Your just a burden"

"Ranboo doesn't actually love you"

"Wilbur and techno never cared, they just felt bad"

"No, please stop" I cry out, it came out as a whisper almost.

"They don't love you, they never will"

I looked around for something, anything. Anything that would hurt me. I kept frantically searching the bathroom in desperation to find something that could take my pain away.

I started digging through the drawers, I pulled open the last one and there they were. Pills. Those would be sure to take my pain away, wouldn't they?

Sure they would, I reach for the bottle and sit back down on the cold white tile flooring of my bathroom. I slowly take a deep breath and twist open the lid, dumping the remaining pills from the cup in my hands.

Do I really wanna do this..?

Fuck it.

I take them all in one go. I started feeling dizzy and a bit sick. I pick my phone up and decide to call Tubbo for the last time, don't wanna leave him without a goodbye. Neither could I leave Ranboo but he'd know something was wrong if I called him right now and I didn't want to worry him.

I call him and the line rings a couple times, then he picks up.

"YO bossman!"

"Hey tubs" I say, my voice cracking from all the crying.

"I've been texting you for the past hour and you havent answered!" Tubbo replied with a bit more agression.

"Im sorry, I just thought it would be nice to hear your voice before I go." I answer, starting to tear up a bit.

"What? What do you mean 'before I go'!?" This time Ranboo answers, with a confused expression.

"I took a shit load of pills.." I answer slowly.

"Pills.." Tubbo said slowly.
"What kind of pills!?" Ranboo answered a bit more on edge then earlier.

"Oh you know.." I exhale deeply, dropping my arm, too weak to hold it up anymore.
"Pills"
My eyes started dropping, feeling super tired all of a sudden.

"Tommy!?" Both Ranboo and Tubbo yelled out, but no response.

~Ranboo POV~
After tommy didnt answer us I started running back to his house with Tubbo following close behind. I knew his brothers were home and I would've called them if I had their numbers saved. But I dont.
I run, faster then I probably ever had before and burst through the front door.

"WOAH what the hell's happening!?" I hear Wilbur yell from the living room. No time to explain. I run up the stairs straight to Tommy's room, when I see nothing I run to his bathroom and there he was. Sitting on the ground, he looked pale very very pale, I crouch down to him and look back at Tubbo.

"Tubbo call 911, NOW." I say sternly while trying to wake Tommy up.

"WHATS ALL THE RUCKUS ABOUT!?" Wilbur said, then walking in through the bathroom door seeing tommy right away. "TOMMY!!" He yelled out, running and also crouching on the other side of him.

I pick up Tommy's phone and slip it into my pocket for later. Finally the ambulance got here and took tommy in the back of the truck, Wilbur started the car and me & Tubbo jumped into the backseats.
Tubbo started fidgeting a lot and I look over at him, putting a hand over his own gently.

"He's gonna be fine alright. Don't worry, Tommy is a strong guy"

"Im calling techno" Wilbur said while keeping his eyes on the road.

~Techno POV~
I was sitting In the middle of class when my phone started buzzing. I looked at who'd call or text me while at school when I realize it was Wilbur.

"Technoblade! What are you doing on your phone?" The teacher exclaimed, the whole class turned to look at me. Wilbur was calling me AGAIN.

"I'm sorry miss, it's just my brother. Could I please answer really quickly, it might be an emergency Y'know he would never call me in the middle of class for no reason." I answer my anxiety rising a little bit, feeling off about why Wilbur was spamming my phone.

"Fine. Make it quick." She says, rolling her eyes. I nod and pick up the phone.

"Will, why are you calling me I'm in class!" I say, whisper shouting to not disturb anyone any further.

"I-I-it's Tommy, he's in the hospital. H-he overdosed."

"What!?" I yelled, pretty loud.

"I'm on my way. I swear he's in trouble if he wakes up" I mumble while hanging up on him, getting up from my seat and putting my stuff away.

"Uhm, mr blade where do you think you going?" My teacher said, putting a hand on her waist while pointing at me with her blue dry erase marker.

"I'm leaving. Some important things are going on that I would not like to talk about infront of the whole class." I say politely while I finished packing my bag, and walked out the door.

I run out to my car, starting the engine and rush to the hospital Tommy was at.

~3rd person POV~
Tommy was put in a hospital room fairly quickly and the doctors started working on him right away. Wilbur, Ranboo and technoblade anxiously waited in the waiting room for them to finish up.

After a couple hours or so the doctor came out of the hospital room. Everyone looked up at him quickly.

"He's alive, but he's sleeping right now." the doctor said with a slight smile, Ranboo and the brothers let out a sigh they didn't know they were holding in.

"Can we go see him?" Ranboo asked, slowly getting up from his seat. "Yes you can" the doctor answered while walking away. All three got up and quickly made their way into Tommy's room, Ranboo walked up to him and took his hand into his own.

"Oh my love, Why would you do this.." Ranboo said bringing his hand up to his face and giving it a slight kiss, eyes tearing up. Tommy starts moving a little bit and his eyes slowly open, he squints at the bright light coming from the window right beside his bed.

"Ranboo?" he said slowly and confused. Ranboo noded and starts crying leaning down to hug his boyfriend.

"You're finally awake.." Techno said from where he was leaning on the wall. "WHY would you overdose yourself!?" He said, more sternly.

"I, i didn't feel good anymore. So I wanted to end it.." Ranboo, Wilbur and Techno all look at him in surprise. "Sorry for giving everyone a scare, I won't do it again" Tommy said looking down with guilt.

"We know" techno said, walking up to tommy and giving him a hug. Then Wilbur, and they all hung out in the room for the rest of the night.
