Ashleigh's POV
It wasn't Charlie at the door, it was just the postman.
Charlie should be arriving in about half an hour. I decided to go and have a chat with Lexi about everything beings as though there are now two relationships that have happened in the space of 24 hours.
"LexiLoooooooooo" I shouted looking around for Lexi
"In here ash" she shouted back to me, so I headed towards Leo's lounge.
(L:lexi. A: Ashleigh)
A: Lexi I can't believe it, we both have boyfriends at the same time like we always used to talk about when we were in primary!!
L: omg we can go on double dates and have a double marriage and have children at the same time and...
A: too far gosh lexi
L: I know I know I'm joking obviously, where's charlie at though? Leo said he should be here by now
A: I know I was thinking the same thing because we have got lives to be getting on * ding ding*
L: well looks like he's here then. Come on I'm excited to meet him!
We got to the door to see Emily trying to open while Leo was trying to tell her to move out of the way.
"Emily move its freezing outside the poor boy needs to come in" Jake said tickling her to get out of the way.
"Charlie nice to see you mate" Leo said opening the door to reveal charlie himself.
Charlie was way better looking in person. He was tall, he had beautiful blue eyes, the kind you could just stare at all day, not to mention he's beautiful blonde hair, styled in the most perfect quiff.
I know what your thinking. Omg Ashleigh your going out with Leo! I know I am but I'm allowed to find other people attractive but seriously I would never even think to like Charlie in that way...just no. Omg I'm going on I haven't even spoken to him yet.
****** Charlie's POV******
Leo greeted me at the door along with four other people. I knew exactly who was who. I know that's weird but Leo doesn't shut up about them. I'm so happy that he's finally found a nice group of friends, the type that will have his back, yknow?
" Hi everyone I'm Charlie" I spoke as confidently as I could
I got warm smiles back from everyone which made me excited.
" Ash, Em, Lexi, Jake, meet Charlie Lenehan" . Leo introduced me and we all went and sat in the lounge.
I couldn't believe how well I got on with these people. I'd only just met them today and we already got on amazingly.
Me and Emily kept making eyes contact, it was weird but a good weird. I felt something that I'd never felt before when we looked at each other. I'd just love to maybe get to know her, she seems a lovely girl.
***Leo's POV***
"Erm Leo do you mind if I talk to you for a second?" Charlie asked me while the girls and Jake were talking about the BRITS from last night.
"Sure, in private or??"
"Come outside a sec please?" Charlie asked
Me and Charlie went outside of the room to talk.
( Charlie: c. Leo: l)
C: so Erm is Emily single like does she have a boyfriend?
L: nope she's single pringle, why?? You like herrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
C: no Leo shut up I just want to get to know her
L: well me and ash were gonna go and get some lunch we could take lexi and Jake with us?
C: yes that would be great thanks mate!
With that me and Charlie walked back into the room
I decided to text Ashleigh explaining briefly what the plan was.
Leo-----> Ashleigh:::: heyyy, wanna get maccies? We can bring lex and Jake, give Emily and charlie time to talk and stuff?xxxxxxxxxxx
Ashleigh----> Leo::::: great idea! Okay you text Jake and ill text lexi xxxxxxx
Me and Ashleigh both texted the others and we all agreed on the plan.
"Right guys we are going to get lunch, want anything?" Jake asked
"Ooh actually ill come with I need to get some stuff on the way" Emily jumped up
"Oh no you dont, your staying here Byeeee" Ashleigh said and we all ran out before they could say anything.
We stood by the door for a second too see if we could hear anything, the last we heard was Charlie starting the conversation " sooo Emily how's things?"
