Jeongguk laughs emptily. Of course, Taehyung would get along with Namjoon. Of course, Yoongi would like him, too. It's the real reason Jeongguk brought him here, to provide himself some sick validation that if things were different, if Taehyung wasn't married, that he'd fit into Jeongguk's life.
"He's my, uh," Jeongguk is so thirsty, so in love, "he's my boss's husband? That's stupid, I didn't mean it as a question. He's my boss's husband. My boss, too, by extension. He's married to her. We– we work together. He's not like her, though. He's kinder. Never makes me feel bad about myself, hyung. He's kind." Jeongguk breathes heavily, voice quivering, "and I love him."
