Asher:

Some three days I had before our date. I tried to get closer to Wilbur and it seems like she is really excited for our date today. As am I.

I picked her up at her house at 5:00 pm. She had a beautiful colonial style house that was red like a barn. It had a white and yellow door and all black windows. I walked up her walkway and rang her doorbell. Within five minutes Wilbur opened the door. She looked beautiful. She had a loose blue t-shirt with a white W on it and light blue capris. She wore classic black converse high-tops and had her hair curled and rested on her shoulders.

"You look beautiful." I said putting my hands in my pockets and walking down the walkway with her keeping up with my pace.

"Im not too casual, right?" She asked looking into my eyes.

"Nope. I hope you arent allergic to anything at Bertuccis." I said shooting a smile at her. She smiled at the ground and pulled a piece of hair out of her face. I opened the car door for her and she climbed in my red Jeep Wrangler unlimited.

I knew that we would have a great date today. I was going to take her to Bertuccis and then we would take a walk in the woods and just talk. I brought glow sticks incase it got dark.

Wilbur:

He took me to Bertuccis and we split my favorite pizza, a Silano. Luckily he liked that one too.

After that he took me to the woods. It was about sunset and it was absolutley beautiful out.

It was a bit awkward for the first five minutes until we crossed an old bridge with a lot of mud underneath it. I had a deadly idea, well it wouldnt hurt, but this was so romantic.

I looked at Asher and saw he had the same look on his face. A smug look. I knew exactly what he was thinking. "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" I asked, just to make sure.

"Do you want to have a mud fight?" He asked with a huge smile on his face.

I only nodded and then ran around the railing of the bridge to the huge mud pile. I scooped up a sloppy handful and chucked it at Asher's bright red t-shirt. Almost instantly a mud spot appeared on his chest.

"Oh. ITS ON!" He shouted and put a glob of mud in his left hand, I guess he is a lefty. He threw it at me and it went all over the W on my shirt. My mouth went into the shape of an oval and ran towards him, through the mud to the other side where he was standing. I tackled him and send him falling into the mud. I fell with him and got coated in mud, all except my hair. I grinned at him and rolled in the mud.

After about 30 minutes in the mud, Asher got up and took off his shirt. He walked out of the mud and towards the trail. It was starting to get dark and his body looked so good in the glow of the moon.

"Where ya goin?" I asked him as I rose out of the mud.

"Just out of the mud. It's cold in there!" He said making me laugh. I followed him to the bridge and stood next to him as we looked over the edge. On the other side of the mud pile was a shallow pond, which looked beautiful in the moonlight.

"Do you want to have my spare shirt?" He asked looking me in the eyes.

"Sure." I said as he reached into his backpack. I guess he was prepared for this.

He handed me a grey shirt with the words Property of Richmond Virginia. He put on a shirt with a laccrosse symbol and the words Richmond Lacrosse. It seemed like he kinda missed his home.

I put on my shirt and said, "You really miss Virginia, dont ya."

"Yeah. I've never known anywhere else. I definetley dont regret moving here, because I wouldn't have met you."

I smiled. "I always say that everything happens for a reason, which makes sense in your case. I'm glad you met me too."

Then he leaned towards me, and I leaned toward him, and then our lips touched. It was one of the sweetest kisses I have ever had, not that I had kissed many people before, but I felt something special.

By that time it was dark and cold. We started to walk back out of the woods and towards his Jeep. When we got in the car he said, "Thanks for coming on this date with me Wilbur. I had a great time."

"Thanks for asking me on a date, it really helped my mind get off Caesar." In reality, I forgot about him easily, I just needed something to say.

"I know that Braeden has probably said something about me being a player and stuff, but I'm trying this new thing where I am honest and try not to break hearts like I did in Richmond. I just want to be honest and loving and have a nice relationship with others. I hope that I'm not seen as a player now." He explained, and was very sincere about it.

"Okay. Braeden did tell me to be careful. Tuuka seems to like you too, so even if this doesnt work out, not saying that I dont like you...uhh..okay let me start over. You still have people falling for you, they dont know your past, so they cant have anything against you." I said as we stopped in my driveway.

"I'll walk you to your door. Are your parents home?" He asked while opening my door.

"What time is it?" I asked looking at the sky.

"8:30." He said looking at his phone and then at me.

"Nope. They wont be until 9:00, they are at my brothers baseball, a sport that they are actually good at." I giggled a little bit.

"Can I come in? For a bit, like 10 minutes?" He asked.

"Sure." I said unlocking the door and disabiling the alarm. I walked in and motioned for him to come in after me.

He wrapped his arms around my waist and whispered in a husky voice, "I really like you Wilbur."

"I like you too." I said looking into his emerald green eyes.

Soon he brought his head down towards mine and we kissed for a while, standing in the middle of the doorway. I heard a buzz on my phone and saw my Mom's contact picture show up. I pulled away and picked up my phone.

"Yes mom?" I asked.

"Are you home yet? We are just leaving Glouster now." She asked me.

"Almost. Will you be home at 9:00?"

"Yep, right around then."

"Okay, Bye."

"Wait. How was your date?"

"Great. Asher is unbelievable." I said looking at his blushing face.

"Okay then. Ill see you later, and not question you too much. Love ya. Bye!"

She hung up and I put my phone down on the counter.

"Do you really think im unbelievable?" He asked walking closer to me. I quickly looked at the clock behind his head, it was 8:40.

"Yeah. Can I have your number?" I asked trying to save myself from a make-out session.

"Sure." He said looking a bit dissapointed. He plugged in his number and walked toward the door.

"I'll see you Monday?" I asked unsure.

"Maybe sooner." He said giving me a quick peck as he walked out the door. He shut it and I leaned up against the yellow wood and slid down the back like they do in movies. I was so happy. Maybe I will like Asher, even though Braeden said to be careful.

Ill watch out.
