"I don't understand why we can't just plan this shit ourselves?" Aurora mutters as Damien parks the car in-front of Valerio mansion.
He turns to face her, "because we will never get anything done." He chuckles
They get out of the car and Aurora follows him to the steps of the stairs. "Well maybe that's a good thing" she answers
He rolls his eyes as he opens the doors, walking in.
They were meeting with Damien's mother, Annabella who was going to take over the wedding planning since their previous planner... was... you know: Brutally stabbed
They were only a few weeks away from the 'wedding' and they had barely any shit planned. And the two of them were the worst possible people you could find to try and plan a wedding, never mind a wedding that they both didn't want.
Not wanting to go through another wedding planner, Damien's mom had suggested she take care of everything since she had 'all the time in the world'.
So here they were, at the Valerio mansion, waiting to meet with Annabella who wanted to go over a few things.
Walking into the kitchen, Aurora takes a seat on the dinner table where Annabella had laid out a bunch of details for the wedding.
Aurora looks over them as Damien goes to do something.
"Can I get you anything to drink Miss?" A maid asks, coming up to her.
"No, thank you" Aurora replies
Damien comes back into the room, looking over the table. His eyes land on a black envelope. Picking it up, he looks inside and sees a black card, with gold engraving written on it.
"What do you think of the wedding invitations?" Annabella asks as she enters the room, startling both of them. Aurora stands up and walks over to Damien, standing beside him, she looks over the wedding card.
"You are invited to the formal alliance of a Valentino to a Valerio"
More details about the time and date we're written below. Aurora liked the black card ideas with the gold engraving, they looked, perfect.
"We need to start sending those out soon" Annabella says, referring to the invites as she looks over a few of her files.
"Okay, both of you take a seat. I want to go over a few details about the wedding day. I have the itinerary set up so let's go over it together" Annabella begins
Sitting beside her, she explains the day in details, what time everything was going to happen etc.
Aurora only nods her head agreeing, Damien doing the same. They both really didn't care.
After spending a few minutes listening to Annabella who thankfully had taken care of almost everything, she then turns to the both of them. "Alright let's move onto the guest list. Damien I took care of our side already, I just need to go over your side Madonna" Annabella states, turning to Aurora
