The first time you went to the pizzaplex one of the animatronic mascots quickly became your favorite. Chica. You couldn't place your finger on it but she just was. Was it the optimistic personality? Cute design? Or her love for pizza? All you knew was that you wanted to meet her one on one. And today could be the day to do so.
The show which everyone most importantly looked forwards to had finally come to a end. Loud cheering and clapping reverberating around the large main stage. The feeling of your heart racing was unbearable, you just wanted the show to be over. The main reason was because of the meet and greets with the entire band. After each show is complete you could go and meet the characters in person and even get autographs from them. The thought of finally talking to her drove you crazy.
The main stage was empty, and around it was also. The atmosphere of the location which was were the stage was located was void of most of the people. Every minute the number of visitors trickled down to a lower amount. Until you were left alone. You waited for the lines to get shorter so you didn't have to wait in them for very long, and besides, it was odd seeing a person old as you waiting in the line filled mostly with small children. It was a place built for young kids and adolescents afterall. Your eyes widened as you saw the line look just about done, only a futile amount of small children waiting. Maybe about 5 or 6, maybe even a tad bit more. You started to walk in a moderate pace toward the line, your walking now becoming quicker. You finally made it to the line. Looking over into the room which chica resided in, her room was neatly clean and it illuminated a light pink tone giving you goosebumps. Your hands dug into your pocket and it grabbed on the peice of paper which you wanted her to sign. You lightly smile to yourself mow knowing you were next in line to meet her. You could not wait. The child which was ahead of you moved out of the way, now waving at chica with a large smile on their face, chica waving back. They ran off to most likely their parents. Which meant it was finally your turn. You've never got to see her up close and personal before, even if you've been here multiple times, you'd chicken out each singular time you had the chance to meet her. But this time, it wasn't going to stop you.
"Heyya there!" Chica said. Her head cocking to the side as her ear rings followed along with her every movement. You gently waved back in silence, not being able to say a word. Awkwardly, your hands moved the photo towards her, her eyes meeting with what you were placing right in front of her. A light gasp came out of her beak. Your hand slightly rubbed the back of your neck in embarrassment as you muttered a single word out.
"Autograph..?"
"Aww, How sweet of you! I'm so flattered!!" She squeled as her hands shook in the air out of excitement, her hand now grabbing for a pen which sat besides her. She gently grabbed ahold of the partially wrinkled photo and started signing it. You knew that she had done this countless times with many people, and you knew she was playing a act. But, you felt honored knowing that she agnolidged your existence. You smiled to yourself as Chica gave back the now signed photograph.
Her eyes wandered away from yours as if she was waiting for the person being you, even though you were the last in line. But, you had to do something, before you could walk away you amediatly stopped in your tracks.
"Chica. I wanted to let you know that you are my favorite animatonic in here, and you make me very happy!" You replied back now trying to keep a straight face. You swore it was silent, so quiet in fact that you could hear a pin drop. Her eyes lit up as she heard you.
"Oh my gosh!!! I've almost never had anyone say that to me before!" Her voice yet again became high, her body swiftly leaving the chair and onto the carpet. She became silent as if she were thinking. Her eyes lit up yet again.
"I'm feeling quite hungry! What about we both get a slice of pizza together, what do you say?" You almost had a heart attack as you heard her say that. You amediatly replied now overjoyed.
"YES!"
Chica lightly giggled as she made her ways towards you, her footsteps light on the carpet floor. A shade of bright red covered your face as you and her made their way towards the nearest restaurant located in the plex.
You couldn't believe it. After so long, chica finally noticed you!
