Rohit was in his room chilling just 2 days before the Ind vs WI match. He was surfing through some movies on TV.
The door opened with a thud indicating Virat's presence into his, their room to be fair.
Rohit had to chose between two best friends meeting after a long time on tv and his dramatic best friend meeting him after an hour, he obviously chose the former.
"So captain, how's the preparation for the WI series?" Virat asked suddenly plopping into the bed.
Ro- Huh!?
Vi- The preparation? He insisted.
Ro- It's great, I guess?
Vi- So what are your plans for this special series, captain? He asked again making it very weird for Rohit.
He couldn't decide if Virat was putting more pressure on special or captain.
Ro- It's the same as it has always been? Wait, why are you calling me captain Vi?
Vi- Because you are the captain. He said immediately but there was a and that was just ready to come out.
Ro- And?
Vi- And your best friend thinks that you being the captain will be fun. He added soon.
Ro- Best friend? Hmm... Shikhar... Nah woh bichara toh khud out hogaya hai... Surya? Not really... Polly...
"YOU CONSIDER HIM YOUR BEST FRIEND!?" Virat asked super hyper.
Ro- No. He replies in a total opposite manner, calmly.
Vi- Then why did you count him?
Ro- I was not counting, I was trying to think who you were talking about.
Vi- And you didn't count me.
Ro- I was thinking about who YOU were talking about, it can't be you obviously. He said as a matter of fact-ly.
Vi- But I am your best friend.
Ro- I know. He laughed and switched off the tv.
Vi- You better!
Ro- Parr hua kya? Ab kya kar diya polly ne?
"Oh I'll show you! Bohot pyaar aaraha hai usko. Ye dekh." He shoved his phone in Rohit's face.
