Chapter 6: What Are You Doing Here? Part 2

"What are you doing here josh." The young voice really seem like him and josh know each other. All this time, im still looking up and smiling at josh. He finally puts me down carefully but in a very deep part of the water. The water is soo cold that i almost fall from the surprise.

Josh finally lets go of me completely and i feel like i get some of my knowledge and common sense back. He starts walking towards this young man, who i still cant see because he is in the shadowy part of the beach. Looks like he is surprised to him. I notice that im still standing in the same place josh left me. Come on, could i be more pathetic? Im waiting for him like a lost puppy? Come on Sophia!

I start to walk back and as im walking back to the restaraunt i pick up my heels and purse. I try to walk slowly and without making any noise, so he wont notice that im gone while he talks to this mystery guy.

I look over to check if he has seen me leave yet and he has his full attention on this guy. All i hear coming from their conversation is josh saying over and over again "Why did you bring her here?"

Wait a second.... Who is "HER"? Does he have a girlfriend? Wait he cant because we are on a date! Soo that doesnt mean that he isnt TRYING to cheat on her with you. Omg, maybe im right! Am i the mistress?

Wait another second, why do i care? Its not like i had feelings for him! Oh my baby jesus, sophia yes you do! That feeling doesnt just come with everyone. But i cant like him because he is a stuck up celebrity who is just using me! Come on, after tonight, you dont even believe that.

I find myself arguing with myself! Have i gone crazy? What is wrong with me?! Wait, im doing it again! STOP!

I try to think about something else, like the fact that im stuck on a beach with josh and some kid and aside from josh, i dont have another ride home!

I walk in the restaraunt and Im looking for a waitress to see if she could call a cab when someone grabs my arm.

"Who the he-"

"Sophia, where are you going?"

"Josh? Uhh i was umm...?"

"Trying to leave?"

"Well i have school tomorrow in the morning so i really should get going."

"Ohhh ill take you home. Im really sorry about leaving you there. My brother came looking for me because he had an emergency. I hope you can forgive me."

I really thought about this "excuse" he was giving me.

"Who did your brother bring that you didnt want to come?"

What?!?! Did i just say that out loud!

Josh gives me a look like if he was surprised that i knew that little bit of information. He raised his eyebrow and smiled.

He gave a long pause and said "Why do you care?"

"Ummm... I uhhh ummmm... I dont!" I say trying to sound confident. As you can tell that caught me really off guard. I thought he was gonna let everything out and explain. But he didnt!

He just smiled and got closer to me. "You havent answered my question!" I look at him while the anger in me starts to build up.

"We can talk about it later" he says while trying to get close to me again.

"No, i asked you a question so are you going to answer me or not?" I just could hold it in anymore. The anger built up just wanted to over flow and it finally did!

Josh look up at me and said " I cant" when thoughs words came out of his mouth i finally exploted!

".... I knew i shouldnt have trusted you." And with that i walked out to the sidewalk and hauled a taxi.

Before getting inside i look back at josh, he was standing in the same place i left him, looking down at his phone. He finally looked up and as he was going to say something, flashes started orbiting me and him. People asking me who i was and what i was doing with the famous josh hutcherson. I flew in the cab before they could ask me anything else.
