You don't want to worry about it and just focus on what you're doing.

She's always like this, always taking care of you and giving you lots of attention but you like the feel safe and the attention she gives you, you smile and nod while Rey keeps talking while cleaning the store, you check your watch and it's already 23.47 it's time to go back to your place, you end up helping Rey cleaning up because she keeps talking this and that, you lock up the store and finally walk home alone.

You stop your walk when you hear a notification from your phone, after a few sec you decide not to open it and just keep walking. "If it's from Jace, he would send more messages or call me immediately" you're too scared to open the message you got.

You run while opening the messages, you don't know what makes you run. No one chasing you but you feel you will be safer if you're home as soon as possible

You put your phone in your pocket while you run and finally get to your place, you open the door aggressively, Jace waiting for you on your door he's coming to you worrying while you catching up your breathe
