«And you need to tell your friends too» she added.
He squinted and took a deep breath.
"He is thinking he can't"
«We have to.» she said. «Time is passing by and they will only feel weird around this girl with an enormous belly without an apparent reason because of no one will give them some.»
«When do we have to tell them?» he asked. He wasn't as calm as he was before, she could notice it by his eyes.
«Can we after New York?»
He nodded. «After New York.» he repeated. Then he took a deep breath and yelled Jake's name, scaring her a little. «Sorry» he whispered when he saw she didn't expect that.
«Yeah?» he asked entering the room.
«Cristina is pregnant» he spit out.
She went all red in the face and started shaking. «What?» she screamed.
«She what?» asked Jake with a smirk probably thinking it was a joke.
«Why did you tell him?» she asked all worried.
«He's my brother, I had to»
«Yes, but we said after New York!»
Jake was still there in front of them not knowing what to do or say.
«You said I had to tell to my friends» he said with a cunning smile.
She poked him on his arm and sat on the sofa with her hands on her head, looking the ground, trying to calm down again.
«Guys?» Jake giggled awkwardly.
«Oh, yes.» he said sitting next to Cristina and rolling his hand on her back trying to make her feel better. «No joke, she's pregnant, want to see her quite invisible belly?»
She poked him again on his leg and Jake sat on the couch too. «What are you talking about?»
«Did dad ever give you a talk about sex and stuff?» he asked.
He looked around awkwardly. «Yeah, why?»
«Because you should listen to him, if you don't want to end up with random pregnant girls.» he answered.
Cristina looked bad at him. «What did you just say?»
«I'm so sorry, I'm going awkward because I don't know how to tell him» he said taking her hand. He kissed her cheek and whispered in her hear. «You know I love you, help me, please.»
She blushed. "He what?" she wondered.
"Not in that way, dumb" a voice inside her mind told her.
«Yeah, he is just a dork that doesn't know when to use condoms, so he got me pregnant.» she said. Then she stood up and went in front of Jake. «Please listen to whatever your dad told you» she said very serious and in a low voice. «I'm leaving, I'll see you Tuesday at the airport, Logs»
She went to the door and left.
