“ Congratulations Mrs. Midoriya you're son have a strong quirk. He can use and manipulate air, water, fire and nature. Midoriya-kun do you have something on your mind that a name fits for your quirk? ” Dr. Humiya said

“ Heaven Blessing ” Izuku said

“ That's a good name Midoriya-kun ” Dr. Humiya said

“ Though there's probably more about your quirk that we didn't know so. You can make experiment about your quirk and just be careful using it okay? ” Dr. Humiya said then smile at Inko and Izuku

“ Izuku quirk evolved after six months. He said that with his quirk he can control someone, heal and most likely is to gain their quirk ” Inko said shocking Aizawa, Hizashi and Hitoshi

“ Is it the reason why he doesn't want in Hero Course? ” Hitoshi ask since he knew the basics of Izuku quirk

“ Part of, he believes that if villains found out his quirk then he will be endanger or get killed ” Inko said

“ Does he have control over his quirk? ” Aizawa ask

“ He does but sometimes it goes out of control when he's too emotional ” Inko said

Before anyone could say something Inko phone rings.

“ I'll be right back ” Inko said then goes outside of Aizawa house.

Aizawa knows that he needed to report it to Nedzu because he knows that he can think of something that can make him agreed Izuku to be in Hero Course.

If he is in Hero Course he have the highest change to monitor and guard Izuku all the times.

Inko opens Aizawa door and she is crying.

“ Can you drive me to home? ” Inko said trying to stop herself from crying

On the way to Inko apartment it was hard for Inko and the three. She shouldn't leave his son in the house. She should be there taking care of his son.

When they got to Inko apartment she immediately runs towards his son room.

He saw his son on the floor passed out.

“ Aizawa help me ” Inko yells

Aizawa immediately runs towards Izuku room.

“ Help me put him to bed. He have a fever ” Inko said

Aizawa does what Inko said.

“ Be with him for a while okay? I'll find the thermometer ” Inko said and Aizawa just nods

After five minutes Inko came back to Izuku room with thermometer and cooling pad.

Inko immediately use the thermometer to his son.

When Inko looks at the thermometer her worries got high.

“ Aizawa don't freak out to what I will say okay ” Inko said knowing that she doesn't actually make the situation good

‘ I think saying that I shouldn't freak out makes me want to freak out ’ Aizawa thought

“ Sure ” Aizawa said knowing he can and will freak out most likely

“ Izuku body temperature is 115°F which mean that it isn't normal and what we needed to do is to lower his temperature or he will fall into coma ” Inko said

‘ What the hell ’  Aizawa thought

“ Is he going to be okay once his temperature lower? ” Aizawa ask

“ It depends on the situation ” Inko said

‘ She looks calm even his son is sick. Of course she is a nurse and she had a fair share of people dying on her watch plus if she's not calm she would probably passed out from worries ’ Aizawa thought

“ Hyperpyrexia is another term for a very high fever. The medical criterion for hyperpyrexia is when someone is running a body temperature of more than 106.7°F or 41.5°C. Some doctors lower the measure for hyperpyrexia to include anyone with a body temperature of 106.1°F or 41.1°C and above. But because of the quirk 106.1°F isn't a danger to anyone but more than that could kill anyone ” Hitoshi said

“ How do you know that? ” Aizawa ask

“ Izu and I study medical terms. He said that it will be helpful in the future as a hero ” Hitoshi respond
