In Continuation:

It was a cheat-meal day for Neil & he very happily made way to his favourite restaurant. This restaurant held a nostalgic significance to him, his grandfather used to bring him here every Sunday. And since then, it was his favourite restaurant. 

He greeted the security guard while entering the place & then started walking towards his usual table only to find that it was already occupied. But, instead of getting disappointed, his heart did a few flutters upon seeing the occupants. 

N- I didn't know we've quite similar tastes! -he said as he stood besides Avni. 

Surprised, Avni turned towards him & stood up to greet him. 

A- Hello Neil! I..didn't expect to see you here! -she smiled. 

N(frown)- Why so?  

A- I mean, its not that of a big place & you're....

N- Ah!! Cut it! I am not a celebrity here but a normal man who really wants to have a dinner date with this amazing lady over here! -he said, taking her aback! Not forgetting to note her expressions, he immediately turned towards Seher. Hey, Sugarboo! You remember me, right? Can I join you for dinner? -he asked while sitting on his knees in front of her. 

S- Mumma, Can we have dinner with Buddy? Please! -she asked politely making Neil smile while Avni nodded in agreement. 

A- Please, have  a seat, Neil. 

N- Why are you always so formal with me? -he said while sitting across her, besides Seher. 

A- Ah! I.. -she didn't really know what to say, so just smiled a little. 

N- So, Sugarboo! Tell me about yourself, yeah? What is your favourite cartoon? Do you watch Kitretsu? I so loved watching him as  a kid! 

S- You watch Kitretsu? I love it too! -she told being visibly excited.

N- I do! 

The rest of the dinner was more like a family date. Midway into the dinner, Neil had made Seher sit on his lap & he himself fed her. Not for a moment, it looked like that they had just met. The conversation flew easily, they talked about their respective careers, hobbies, future goals & of course, Seher made her presence felt time-to-time. 

Neil enjoyed Seher's company as much as he did Avni's. And it wasn't because he wanted to pursue Avni, but the connection with Seher was natural & came out on its own!

Done with the dinner, they split the bill on Avni's insistence & then made their way towards the exit. 

"Sir, there is media around. You shouldn't go out with Ma'am, or else it might just hype rumours!" -the manager came to Neil just when they were about to exit. 

N- But how did they know? I didn't even use my car to get here! 

Manager- They might have known somehow, Sir! Why don't you use the back-door? It will open towards the Vihar Complex. 

N- Okay! Thanks, Sir! -he smiled which the manager reciprocated. 

Coming out of the restaurant, they walked through the narrow streets which led to the Vihar Complex, which happened to be Avni's home too!

A- Ah Neil!

N- Yeah? 

A- I stay in this complex. So, why don't you wait here till the media is dispersed. You can then go back to get your bike in front of the restaurant & get back home! -she offered while she caressed a sleepy Seher's head in her arms.
