The Cancellation

Cody's POV

Me and Leah had decided that we would wait until I was done with the bucket list of place's to be and go before we tried to date each other, so I decided to get started and I had decided to start by going to work for the one independent company in the US I didn't get to work for before signing for WWE, Impact Wrestling. 

Leah's POV 

Cody was on his way to Tennessee to work with Impact for the first time in his career I was happy for him he was finally getting to complete his bucket list and it starts with Impact, I would've went with him but I had to stay as I had a Live Event the night he left, Cody was supposed to call before I left for the show but he didn't and that had caused me to start worrying as he always did what he said would do so I tried to call him and it went straight to voicemail so I called Merc to see if she had heard from him.

Mercedes POV

I was getting ready when I got a call from Leah I thought it could be to talk about the live event tonight then I remembered her and Cody are waiting for each other so when she'd explained what was supposed to happen she asked if I had heard from him when I said no I knew she wouldn't be able to stop thinking about what possibly could've happened to Cody, so I told her I'll pick her up in 15 minutes so we can head to the show.

Leah's POV

I was worried sick about Cody's welfare after Merc had told me that she hadn't heard from him either so I continued to get ready but I couldn't help but worry about Cody.

Timeskip to Arena

I had just arrived at the arena and I still got nothing from Cody so I went to see if Merc or Allen had heard from him, I was walking around and I found Allen comforting Sasha so I asked "Hey is everything alright" Allen answered "We just got a call from a Hospital in Tennessee" I stopped him "No don't finish that sentence" I broke down and started crying screaming whatever noise I could gather through the tears Fergal had heard this and he just held me I didn't want him holding me though it was always Cody comforting me and now he's in hospital.

Mercedes POV (Before Carmella arrives)

I was at the arena talking to Allen cause neither of us had heard from Cody that day and it was even weirder when Leah told me that she hadn't heard from him either then all my questions were answered when Allen got a call, when he had gotten off the phone all he did was scream at god asking "why him to get hurt why him God why" he then turned to me and told me that "once Cody had arrived at the arena William assaulted him to the point where he was unresponsive so he's in hospital and they don't know if he'll wake up" after he had finished saying that I just broke down in his arms desperately wishing that it was Cody's arms, I sat crying for 25 minutes before Leah came to talk to us and that just broke me even more as I was the only who knew what they'd agreed on as Allen was telling her she stopped him and started crying and trying to scream or whatever noise she could get past the tears Fergal had came over to try and comfort her but she kept pushing him off and I knew why but Fergal didn't so I went over to Leah and hugged her like Cody would and just kept telling her "It would be okay he'll come through he's too stubborn without fulfilling a promise" and she laughed at what I said and just said "Yeah your right there's still hope" Allen and Fergal looked confused and Allen knew who's hug I had used to calm Leah down so he just said "Me and you are talking later Merc" I knew he had pretty much figured it out, at that moment Hunter came up and told us "Merc, Leah and Allen you have been replaced on the show go to Tennessee be with Cody the jet is outside waiting for you guys and however much time off you guys need don't be afraid to tell us okay" Leah surprisingly responded by saying "Yeah thank you Hunter you have no idea how much this means to us" me and Allen just nodded in agreement so we all went to pack until Fergal asked "Why we were going to Tennessee" and Leah just looked pissed off at the fact that he was asking questions then he asked another one "Better yet why am I not going" at this point Leah had enough and just walked up to Fergal and slapped him and walked off to get packed I went with her to calm her down.

Allen's POV

Leah just slapped Fergal to be fair he deserved it he was holding us up from going to see Cody and what Leah did pretty much confirmed what I thought, Fergal had said "She's crazy Allen I don't see how you can stand for that" I replied with "Fergal what do you think Leah and Mercedes were in pieces over" he said "Time of the month" to that I slapped him and said "I was gonna explain whenever we got back but now that's not happening cause of your stupid comments" I just left to get packed and I was just filled with rage at how stupid Fergal could be and William would be lucky if I didn't kill him with my bare hand's, once I was done packing I waited outside the Jet for Leah and Mercedes, Leah arrived first so I decided to ask her what's happening between her and Cody when I asked she answered by saying "We made a deal that once he had finished his bucket list we would try dating to if we would work together and now I don't want him to finish the bucket list" I just smiled as she was telling me and once she was done I just said "I knew you too would fall for each other it was so evident it was going to happen ever since Matt assaulted him that you were going to fall for each other" she smiled as best she could but I knew only thing could cheer her up and that was seeing Cody so now we were just waiting for Mercedes.

Mercedes POV

As I finished getting ready Fergal pulled me aside rather aggressively but I brushed it off to see what he wants after he let me go he told me "That I wasn't going anywhere until I told him why I was going to Memphis with Allen and Leah and what did Cody have to do with it" so I just pushed past him and got away from him I texted Andrew and he was there quicker than light itself I swear and since he's close to Cody I told him what had happened and how Fergal was being a complete dick about it and asked him to keep an eye on me whilst I got to the Jet, once I had gotten to the Jet Allen asked what took so long I answered saying I'll explain on the Jet.

Leah's POV

Merc had finally arrived and we were on the Jet to see Cody so she started to explain why she took so long and once she had finished I must've been boiling red cause Allen started giving my hand light reassuring squeeze's but they were ineffective as I knew the only thing that could calm me down was a Cody hug but I think Merc was tired cause she just went to bed, so I sat reassuring myself but nothing was working we really needed to see Cody and quickly cause I was a boiling pot of rage by this point.
