David's POV: I adopted Max a few days ago and finally get to bring him home! I start headed to the place he is currently at and parked outside. I went in to get him and saw some lady yelling at him to go back with her. I go over to him and tell her that Max is my son now and she tried to punch me. Luckily, a cop was there and arrested her for assault and something else.
Max's POV: It took me a moment to recognize who was picking me up because of his outfit, but it was David. I only recognized him thanks to his stupid hair. "Hi Max, I'm gonna be your dad now! Isn't that fun?" he asked. "No, it won't" I lied. I actually consider him a father figure because of my old parents. "I'm sure you'll change your mind eventually Max" he said. "No I won't" I said. David took me to his black van with what looked like an electric guitar in the back. "Are you in a band or some shit?" I asked. "Yep! I'm holding onto Bonquisha's guitar for her" he said kinda loudly. I didn't know he was in a band. He was wearing a Pink Floyd hoodie and black ripped jeans along with knee high combat boots. This is gonna be a long and interesting fall.
