Arnav called Aman and threw his question even before Aman could say Hello...
"Who did you take the loan from Aman" Arnav asked again...
"It was from the bank" Aman replied
"Then how did the Mansion land up in Khushi's hand" Arnav enquired
"I really have no idea ASR...give me some time and I'll find out and let you know" Aman said hurriedly...
"Also find out about the charges that Khushi has made on me" Arnav said before disconnecting the call..
"What are we supposed to do now" Payal asked
"You go back for now ..let Aman come here then I'll decide" Arnav said handing the phone over to Payal...
Payal left knowing there was nothing that she could do...
"I never thought Khushi would become so ruthless one day" Payal thought to herself as she left the police station...
*Khushi's Villa*
"When did you acquire the Raizada Mansion and why do I not know anything about it" Kevin asked as soon Khushi came back home...
"oh...that...it's nothing....I don't actually own the house....I own the bank they took the loan from and Since ASR has not yet repaid the loan amount the house belongs to me" Khushi said straight forwardly
"I didn't get you" Kevin asked
"let me explain...when I found ASR was trying for loan to get the tender with my company I bought a major share of a private bank and then asked them to give him a loan against a collateral which I knew would be his mansion...which is exactly what he did " Khushi said
"and?" Kevin asked her to continue.
"And then I slowly kept taking every single project that he got so he never got the chance to make any money... being the careless man that he is...he did not even bother checking the fact that he is actually bankrupt right now" Khushi continued
"The time for returning the loan amount was yesterday and i had clearly mentioned in the loan papers that in the event of non payment of the money I will take over the Mansion which my dear ex husband did not really bother reading" Khushi said dusting her hand..
"Bhai I have just taken his house...I want everything he has...his happiness...his smile...his peace of mind....I want him to pay for all pain I suffered because of him .." Khushi said her eyes full of pain and anger..
*at the police station*
Aman came in a few hours later to see Arnav .
"What did you find out"Arnav asked as soon as Aman arrived
"turns out you did take a loan from the bank but Khushi Ma'm own more than 70% of the shares since it is a private bank"Aman informed Arnav..
"Did you not read through the Documents before sending it my way" Arnav shouted..
"ASR..let me remind you that you personally went to the bank to sign the loan contract and i was no where near you" Aman replied trying his best to keep calm..
And then it struck Arnav ..he had indeed gone alone to the bank and since there was an important selection to be made in the office he had asked Aman to help out in A.R while he went to the bank...
"Also there is something you should know" Aman continued
"As of your current bank balance..you are officially Bankrupt...and therefore all the major share holders a selling off their shares " Aman said...
"How in the world is that possible" Arnav shouted
"ASR we have lost all contracts in the past 2 yrs"..Aman replied..
"And do you know who you lost all your contracts to" he asked Arnav
"let me guess...Khushi" Arnav said flatly
"Damn right" Aman replied
"What about the charges for murder? who did i kill?" Arnav asked
"Khushi Ma'm has charged you with the murder of her child that she miscarried the day you threw her out of the Raizada Mansion"Aman informed Arnav..
"But I didn't even know that she was pregnant" Arnav replied frustrated
"I know but would that information change anything?"Aman asked Arnav..
"What do you mean?" Arnav asked
"You know exactly what I mean Arnav"Aman said as he got up to leave
"So you too think I was the only person who was wrong? Arnav asked behind Aman
"Why don't you ask yourself that question...?" Aman said as he walked out of the police station...
