Nicole has problems with admitting a failure iin the episode: "Happy the day" (I think it was called like that) she had a callendar upside down and she thought it was her and Richards anneversary. Her and Anais figured that out and Nicole couldnt admit it even though she tried. Richard also went to get a tatoo on his butt the day that happenned.
