"I'm in a field of dandelions still wishing and waiting that you will be mine...mine..."
After i passed the dandelion field and wished on it again i heard my phone buzz
It was Amiel my best bud
I looked at his message
"Hey dude where are you?"
"Are you at that dandelion field again?"
"Dude come on. We both know that she is happy with.... nevermind."
"Just get home safely"
I turned off my phone and continue to walk at my favorite park
I was adoring the cold breeze
The falling leaves from the trees
The kids giggling and laughing while running around
Some even had kites
I stopped on my tracks when i heard a familiar voice
Ahh yes Elyse the girl whom i love the very most
I have been loving her since i was 12
9 years had passed and she is still beautiful
And it has also been 9 years since i have been loving her
I heard her laugh
Ahh yes that laugh that always makes me feel at peace
I saw her smile
That beautiful smile hadn't changed
I wish i could make her smile like that...
She could have been mine if only i did the first move before....him.
But what can i do?

I snapped back into reality when i heard my phone buzzed
It was from Amiel again
"Please stop hoping that she will be yours."
"She is already happy with your brother."
I smiled bitterly after i read that message
I think i should move on....
I letted her go because i found out that my brother also liked no loved her
He loved her more than me
I was first but what can we do?
Amiel messaged me again
"Charles for once listen to me."
I turned off my phone and i saw Elyse and my brother Cole laughing and smiling at each other
They look so inlove
Well I'm glad that she is happy
I finally turned my back at the both of them and stepped away
The further i step away from them the more my tears streams down from my face.
It hurts but atleast i did the right decision
I can't treat her the way Cole does.
