Adrian's POV
Jade and I have been busy since early this morning preparing her supposed 'housewarming' of the apartment she's renting. Apparently she had a deal with dad that if she stays on her own she'llo have to work for the company or find a job. She chose the latter and found a job.
"Adrian will you help me with this couch" she was busy trying to move this huge ass couch out of the way in order to create more space for the 'dance floor'. "I don't know why you thought you could move that on your own" I laugh at her lame attempts, I mean its not even moving. "well you're here aren't you?"
We move the couch together and Jade decides to go and get the alcohol. "have you sent the invites yet?" I suddenly remember about the invites "wait I thought we agreed that you would send them". She sighs, walks towards me and put her hand on my shoulder "it is absolute common sense that since you can't go and buy the alcohol you send the invites"
"I'll be back in 30!" she shouts as she's closing her door. I guess I should get sending, figured since I don't have time to individually send those invites I just link the whole school, well except the teachers of course. After doing that I walk off into the kitchen and start looking for some food. "nothing but bread and a six pack of Monster energy drinks, I guess I'll order some pizza"

Halfway through my pizza the doorbell rings urgently. I go to open and Jade tumbles in with her hands and arms full of all kinds of alcohol "how did you get all this up here?" She hands them over to me and to say they were heavy would be an understatement.
"God, you can't move a couch but you sure have the strength when it comes to alcohol" I wobble towards the kitchen and make sure to drop them slowly and carefully "oh you bought pizza" I turn around to find ger spread out on the floor eating my pizza "twanks bwo, I'm stawrwing" she talks with her mouth full. I grimace at her and grab two energy drinks from the fridge, and walk over to hand her one.
"I can't believe you never learned not to speak with your mouth closed, you do that on dates? Oh wait you don't go on thats, thats why" I was met with a hard punch to my arm "oww really?"
"pfft if I were to go on dates my date will have to accept me the way I am, I don't need to create some fake 'persona' in order to get peope to like me" she shrugs nonchalant. "touche sis, touche"
I stand up heading towards the kitchen "guess I'll try making some punch". I grab some vodka, gin and the new pack of energy drinks Jade brought and threw them all in a somewhat punch bowl. "holy shit you threw all that in?" I turn around to find Jade behind me with an empty pizza box. "uhm yeah?" she shakes her head and laughs lightly "you know that energy drinks makes the alcohol a lot stronger".
"really? I thought it would only help with the taste." I genuinely thought that, now that I think of it it was a stupid thought. Oh well that means the party will be even more fun.

The party is on full spring and people are already starting to get shit faced and its barely nighttime. Jade as well is shit faced while I try to keep the children in check and away from the bedrooms.
Daniella arrives with someone I've never seen before. They're rather cozy with each other and that irks me somehow. I walk over to then in a way of 'welcoming' them. "Hey, glad to see you've made it" I smile my best smile at Daniella then turn my attention towards her 'friend' "I'm sorry I don't think we've met before, I'm Adrian".
"hi I'm Mealene, but just call me Mea" as soon as she finished her sentence, glances behind me and walks over to the alcohol table. Looking at Daniella's reaction she, doesn't seem fazed at all as if she expected that much anyway.
Deciding to act like the great host I am, it bend down to whisper in her left ear "anything to drink babe?" I watch her shiver as I stand back, waiting for an answer "uhm, yeah.....a uh...just lemonade thank you" she whisper the last bit. I motion for her to follow me into the kitchen.
In the kitchen I start looking for some lemons to make the lemonade but I forgot that my sister never was one to buy the necessities so I take a look in the fridge "a..ha I found you a lemonade flavored Monster, that alright?" She nods a thank you and walks off to God knows where. I need to find Cole and Brian.
