"Get uppppp" I heard a voice muffled in my head.

"Please Kali...get uppp!" The voice grew louder .

I opened my eyes to the sound of repeated pleading , looking over only to realise that it had been coming from my best friend and current dorm mate. I lifted my head up from my pillow and looked her in the eye as she kneeled down beside my bed.

"Naya , i'm trying to catch up on some sleep , now fuck off" I flopped my head face down back onto my pillow and closed my eyes.

"Kali please...i wanna go out tonight and your coming" she said in a sing song , levelling her head next to my ear .

"Stop watching me sleep , its creepy" i muttered.

"its 5pm." She said , standing up and crossing her arms.

WHAT

"Naya!! Why didn't you wake me up this morning!!" I sat straight up in my bed and proceeded to immediately rush around.

"you know how much i hate being in bed all day" I sighed .

its true , it makes me feel so unproductive.

"you looked peaceful" she hummed.

"Anyyyywayyyy , as i was saying , me and Elliot wanna go clubbing and your coming" She simply stated.

"Do i have to ? i mean , i'm still recovering from Elliots birthday" I groaned.

We had moved into our dorms around a week ago , the university wanted to give us time to settle in and have fun before classes officially start , i haven't even been near the classrooms yet . Elliots birthday was four days ago. Four days ago and i still feel like shit.

"YES ! you must come , its our last night to get totally fucked before we have to get our shit together" Naya beamed.

"Seriously Nay , its a school night , theres no way i'm going into class late and hungover tomorrow" i whined and made a face at her.

She pouted her lips and gave me a fake sad face "don't do that" i said "you look like an idiot" I continued , cracking a smile.

"Please i'm sure you'll enjoy yourself , it's a nice place , real classy" She grabbed my hand , still pleading .

"come onnn , it's our last night of freedom" She smirked jokingly.

you know what , whats the worst that could happen ?

"Fine" i sighed "But if i'm not drunk by 10pm then i'm leaving"

"Deal!" She grabbed my hand and started shaking it "You better start getting ready though , were leaving in a couple hours and i know how much of an indecisive asshole you can be" She joked and i rolled my eyes.

"i hate you" i glared at her.

"you know you love me " she did a stupid pose sending us both into fits of laughter.

I continued to hurry around my room , flicking through every possible outfit choice , i wanted to end the summer with a bang , i wanted to look irresistible.

After some thought , we decided i should leave my outfit until last so it would save me more time.

After i showered , i put on some fairly natural makeup , nothing too crazy and hastily dried my hair , making sure to add a bit more curl to it .
