Y/n Pov "Y/N sweetie come on you're gonna miss your flight!!" My mother said which made me throw my hair in a messy bun since doing my hair was the last thing I needed to do.
I had already packed everything I needed so I put on my shoes and walked out my room door and turned around to take one last look at what was my room my whole entire life and then I walked out the house.
I walk outside and turned to look at my house and then my neighborhood and then I breathed in the LA air and felt the hot sun hit my bare top part of my back since I was wearing a tank top.
After standing and taking in everything around me my mom spoke" Ok sweetie time to go!" And with that we left.
* 20 mins later At the airport at the boarding gate* "Ok sweetie this looks like your gate and your flight takes off in 10 mins so did you remember to save the address of your dad's family home, you know it Belongs to you now so I wanna make sure you saved the address in your phone so you don't get lost." My mom said as she goes through her purse.
"Yes mom I saved the address geez." I said.
"Ok good and don't worry about furniture cuz your dad put in new furniture last year b4 what happened to him but um also since summer is almost over its gonna be colder over there so i hope you have a spare jacket in that backpack of yours since your luggage is with other luggages because Forest Grove Korea isn't the desert where summer is all year round." My mom said while pushing aside apart of my bangs.
"Yes I know mom I know, eventually I'll get used to Korea's weather but for now please don't worry about me." I said trying to shrug her off without being rude.
"Oh my sweet baby, your dad would've been proud to see you step foot in the home he grew up in."My mother said while tears start rolling down her face.
"I miss him too mom and I'm sure he's watching me from heaven!!" I said and then I heard a bell like noise indicating that the gate to my flight was opening meaning it was my time to go.
My mom and I said our goodbyes and then I went on the plane.
I'm not gonna lie this was my first time going to Korea and my first time flying on a plane so I was pretty nervous. Eventually I found my seat number which was next to this girl with long blonde hair which you could totally tell wasn't her natural color.
This girl looked around my age, she was really thin but she had a cute baby face and her skin was pale and looked soft.

"Hey I'm Rose, uhh are you sitting next to me?" She said as she noticed me just standing and staring at her.
"Oh haha yeah looks like we're seat Mates lol oh and my name is y/n." I said and then sat down next to her.
"So you going back home or going to visit??"The girl known as Rose said.
"Uh haha I'm actually moving out there because ima be going to Cauldron University out in Forest Grove!!" I said while giving her a nervous smile.
"Oh wow really I go to that school, but uhh you were lucky to get in because this University don't usually accept people uhh from out of state but Uh are you gonna be in a dorm or off campus housing??" Rose said while looking like she's trying to figure out something.
"Actually I'm moving into the house my father grew up in, his parents had given him the house before they died and my parents were supposed to live in it but he had a good job opportunity out in LA so they ended up living in LA and then they had me, but every summer when my dad had the chance he would make a trip to his family house and renovate it and I thought he was renovating it to sell it but he finished renovating it last year before my 17 birthday and the day after he finished he called me telling me that the house was gonna be mine once I graduate and go off to college but then that same day he was attacked by some kind of animal and he died." I said that last part trying not to cry.
I don't know but this girl I just met was just so easy to talk to.
"Oh I'm sorry for your loss but hey Ill tell you what, give me your number and next week when school starts well get together and I'll introduce you to my friends but uhh they are all about 1-2 years older than you because you said you just graduated, making you 18 right?" She said and then I nodded at her then I gave her my number.
After that she said she wanted to take a nap and since I was up all night I decided to nap aswell.
*flight lands sometime later* "Hey we're here!! Um Y/n it was nice meeting you and i would love to get to know you more but I have somewhere to be but remember I'm gonna contact you the first day of school!" Rose said and then walked off.
As I'm walking through the airport I notice people wearing sweaters and sweats or pants and then I look out the windows and notice a very cloudy sky and here I am in a tank top and shorts and so I put on my sweater and then headed to baggage claim and got my luggage.
*1hr later finally arrived at the house*

As I get out the taxi I see this beautiful black and Grey wooden house with giant windows and all I gotta say was it was beautiful.
It had a big kitchen, 3 bathrooms,3 bedrooms,a basement which I will not be checking out and it had an upstairs and down stairs living room, an outdoor kitchen, 2 office spaces, 2 fire places 1 in each living room and a pool and the house was fully furnished and yes it seems like it was to big for me but eventually one day I'll have a family to fill the extra rooms!!
After unpacking everything and checking everything out it was already almost 1am so I took a shower and went to bed.
