Chapter thirteen

Hi! So before you read this, this is a reminder that I had deleted the original chapter 13 so here it is for the new readers. I'm not re-writing the whole thing because I'm working on another book *wink wink* so i'm going to do a summary on the chapter :)

A few months later after they confessed their love for each other, George and Clay we're looking for apartments so they could move in together. George had been getting cold feet and one day he left Clay's apartment in the middle of the night.

Once Clay woke up, he noticed George was gone and started calling him, no answer. Called his friends, but they didn't know where he was.

Georges POV :

I was running away. I couldn't do it. I don't know what it was, I loved Clay. What's wrong with me?

2 months later

I was living in a small house that I rented. Clay was calling me non-stop, I had to silence his notifications. One day I decided to listen to one of his recent voicemails. 

"Hi George, it's me again. I wanted to say that I wrote a song about you. (CALL ME BACK - Chase Atlantic) I'm still thinking about you, please call me back. I just want to hear your voice."

3rd POV:

That was George's breaking point. He grabbed his keys and ran to his car. He started it up and started driving. Back to Clay's apartment.

It had been two hours on the road. On the radio he heard something shocking.

"New song from an uncommon artist! 'Call me back' from the artist Clay Wastaken. This is his second released song! We'll come back to you after this."

Clay's song started playing. George started crying to his song as he realized what he put him through. 

As he got back at his complex he knocked on Clay's door. When Clay opened the door, he had a shocked expression and immediately hugged George.
