"Rue get the door please" Leslie yelled out for her eldest daughter, Rue quickly hid her stash incase her mother came into her room. A week after coming back from rehab and she quickly went back to her old habits. She got up and walked to the front door of the house, opening it but didn't react quickly when a girl flung herself onto Rue, hugging her tightly.

"Rue you're back!" Emma said happily as she squeezed her childhood friend tightly. Noticing her was hugging her, Rue was squeezing back, happy to see her friend again.

"Em, I've missed you girl." Rue said happily.

"So how was rehab." Emma asked as she sorted through Rues clothes. Knowing her friend was not going to unpack her things, she thought she would help.

"Good I guess. I don't know, Im still on the shit. So not much has changed. You know you don't have to unpack my stuff, I can do it later." Rue shrugged as she jumped on her bed watching her friend unpack her suitcase. Emma not caring about her last response but catching on to what she first said.

"You have only been back not for long and you still touching that stuff. Rue I don't want you going through that shit again. You said you were going to stop once you came out of rehab." Emma said with disappointment.

"I'll be more careful this time. but I'll be short for supply until I can find some money to pay my dealer back." Rue said looking at the ceiling.

"How much you owe them?" Emma asked curiously joining her on the bed.

"Like atleast $120." Rue says casually, not bothering to look at the disappointed girl. This isn't a first time Rue has done this, it scares Emma knowing how Rue gets caught up in situations like this.

"Well I gotta get going back home before it gets too dark. I'll come by tomorrow?" Emma reassures her and makes her way out the room. She walks to the lounge, quickly saying good bye to Leslie and Gia before exiting the house.

As she gets on her bike, her stomach grumbles. Emma sighs and quickly heads to the small station before heading home. Parking her bike and adjusting her helmet on the handle. Emma walks in the small convenient shop, she grabs a water bottle and a packet of Doritos, making her way to the checkout.
She sets her items on the counter waiting for the owner to come. A door opened next to her, a boy a few inches taller than her with ginger hair wearing a orange and blue striped sweater stepped out ready to serve her.

"Uh hi, just these two please." Emma said kindly to the gentlemen, he goes behind the counter picks up the money that she gave her.

"Yo you Rues friend aren't you." He asked her curiously while handing her back the change.

"Yeah, we grew up together. I'm Emma." She answered with a small kind smile.

"Emma, That's a nice name. I like that. You from around here?" He asked another question.

"Yeah, I don't live far from this store here." Emma answered.

"I'm Fezco, but you can call me Fez." He said handing her items, giving her a small smile.

"Nice to meet you Fez, I should get going, but it was nice talking to you." Emma smiled walking to her bike.

"Yeah I'll see you around Emma, have a nice night." He gave her one last small smile before going back inside.

She rode back home before it got too late. Making her way inside and greeting her family.
