Hello (A Darcy meets Anne story)

Hello

''ANNE! I- The portal! Is this your home?!" Terri calls out.

I turn around and look. Yep. That's home.

''Anne. Are you sure you can handle this by yourself?" Hop Pop asks.

I show a small smile.

''Guys. You do know. I'm only going to find the music box and find the girls.'' I explain.

''We know...It's just what if?" 

''What if what?'' I ask.

''What if you die...Like. Marcy...'' Polly says with a small hint of sadness in her voice.

''Um,I forgot something.''

We never really speak about Marcy. My parents don't even know.

I run into a bathroom... to cry. Not the best but I don't even care anymore.

''Anne?" I hear my mom say.

''Yes?" I answer.

''C-can I see you?"  

I step out of the stall.

''Honey,what happened ?" 

''Well, Mr.X tried to take us and...'' I start.

''No,what happened with your friends?"

Silence.

''I-I... I got into this fight with Sasha and she almost died and,....Marcy,she took us,she knew about the music box. She knew Mom. She tricked us...And now...she's dead.'' 

I start to cry. 

''Honey, you kept this to yourself for two months?" 

I nod yes.

She hugs me.

''Listen. I believe Marcy's ok. And Sasha. She's ok. She's literally a warrior so,she'll be fine.''

Mom hugs me more a strokes my hair.

''Thanks Mom. But,I think it's time for me to get going.''

She lets go of me and smiles.

''Anne. You're going to do great.''

I smile back. 

''Thanks mom.'' 

We both walk out and see almost everyone who's helped us there.

Dr.Jan,The IT girls, Terri. They all came.

''Guys! Who invited you here?'' I ask.

Sprig raises his hand.

''I did. Ya know,for support.''

''Thank you buddy.''

''OK! ANNE! ARE YOU READY?!" Terri shouts while starting the machine up.

I look at everyone. 

''Thank you all. ''

I grab my backpack,sword,and I'm ready to go.

''Wait. Anne. How do we know that you'll arrive in Newtopia?" Jan asks.

''A little bit of hope and luck I guess.'' I say nervously. 

''Anne!" 

I turn around and see my families hugging me.

''You got this Anne'' mom and dad encourage me.

''Thanks.'' I step into the portal .

''Ugh, where am I? '' 

I look up. It's Newtopia for sure. But, like a steampunk version.

Now where did I land? Inside the castle.... fantastic.

''Anne Boonchuy?"  

''The human?" 

I turn around and see The Yunnan newt and Lady Olivia in a cell.

''Guys? What are you doing down here?"

''Anne? Get the hell out of here or it'll get you!" 

I turn around and see Sasha in another cell.

''SASHA? You're....alive?" I ask.

''Well,duh.But where were you?"

''Home.'' I say.

''D-did my parents ask where I was?" she asks with a little bit if hope in her voice.

'' I-I...no. They didn't...'' I answer.

She looks sad all of a sudden.

''Damn them.'' 

''Guys. Where's the box?" 

Then,they all disappear. 

''What the heck!?" 

It all of a sudden becomes pitch black.

I hear a slight chuckle. 

''So,you must be the Anne Boonchuy I've heard all about.'' The person says in a robotic voice.

''T-that's me.'' I say while drawing my sword out.

''Well, Hello there.'' it says.

'' Come where I can see you.'' I order.

It comes into the light.

It looks like ...

''M-marcy!?" I shout.

She starts to laugh.

''Marcy's not home Anne Boonchuy. ''

'' S-stop.'' I say while shaking. 

She walks off the throne and towards me.

''So, The King couldn't kill you? Huh.'' 

She takes out a knife and starts to play with it.

''Why Marcy?" I ask.

''Easy. She was gullible. '' It says while cutting Marcy's hand.

''Please stop it.'' I say.

It grins as some of the blood falls onto the floor.

''No.''
