I was walking towards my school like any other day when a drop of water landed on my face. I looked up to see if it was raining or maybe even drizzling but the sun was still shining blinding bright.
"Huh it's still sunny? I wonder when that came from" I said with a shrug but just as I thought it was safe it came pouring down. The rain was heavy and worse of all it wasn't in the weather broadcast so I didn't bring an umbrella!
I headed to shelter by a papa with a vending machine and saw another person there. "Guess I wasn't the only one caught in the rain". I focused my vision and noticed it was a female and she had the same uniform as me.
After I noticed I decided to make an interaction. It was a new school year and I decided some new friends would be a must. "Hey are you also stuck in the rain. sucks right?"
She turned around slowly. The movement looked so smooth so flawless...Abnormally smooth. I was taken out of my thoughts when she responded with a plain and simple "Yes". "One wired reply yikes I better back away" I thought fo Myself.
After around 10 minutes give or take. I decided that I couldn't wait any longer. I was already late for school and my teacher would most probably give me shit for it.
So I winged it I ran in the rain and after about 20 minutes of straight running I reached my school and of course my clothes were soaked.
"You look like you took a shower with your clothes on" someone said. I turned around and met the eyes of my best friend Arthur.
"Yea yea I know anyways how's Mr.M" I asked knowing the impending doom I was in
A/N: Too lazy to give the teacher a name rn so for now we'll call him MR.M
"All I'm saying is you're definitely gonna get into shit" Arthur replied
"God dammit" this damned rain ruined my life
"I told you. That you should start waking up earlier but you never listen do you?" He said with a smile obviously satisfied with my pain.
"Yea yea whatever anyways let's get me a change of clothes" I said and just as I finished my sentence he threw a sports bag at me.
"Extra school uniform it's my size so it's a little bigger but it'll do" he said.
Our sizes were really different even though he was slightly taller than me he was 3 whole sizes above me.
He had a lean build not too muscular but at the same time not skinny more like in between.
He had shining blue eyes with hair as white as snow to back it up. He is possibly one of the most popular people at my school yet he still hangs out with me.
He's had multiple girls try advance on him but didn't take the opportunity cause he was hanging out with me.
I really appreciated Arthur he was like a brother to me.
"Anyways you better change quickly or Mr.M" is gonna have your head
"I got it I'll be ask fast as I can" I replied
"See you in class Elijah" he said while waving off
*10 minutes later*
I was in class after getting the lecture of a life time. Worst thing they were gonna call my parents for just being a little late
"Why does everything have to be treated so seriously" I sighed
"Oi you're only 16 why do you look like you have a midlife crisis" Arthur said behind me
"Well you never know I could be an immortal vampire" I said with a smirk
"That has to be the lamest comeback I've ever seen" he replied with disappointment in his voice
