I bet your wondering how it is that I've got here, inside an endless black void with a woman on top of a throne that just reeked the word 'DEATH' sitting in front of me.

But first you should probably know a little about myself first.

My names Akuma Satō, my mother died during childbirth and my father held a deep resentment for me due to the death of his wife, in spite he named me after demon and dropped me off with my deadbeat of an uncle before leaving my life forever. Right from the beginning my life was an absolute shit show and it only grew worse as time went on, for starters my uncle was currently on his third wife and had no intention of ever having children so I was immediately seen as a burden.

After having to endure this for the next few years of my sucky life I pretty much got used to the constant bullying and neglect from everyone at home and school but this isn't the reason why I died, one day against my better judgement I decided to hitch a ride to school with my uncle. However like most of the other 24 hours of the day he was out of his mind drunk...

The next minute I'm being thrown out of the front windshield as we swerved to the side narrowly avoiding a small child running across the road.

What kind of sick joke is this?! I die and that asshole gets to live when it's all his fault!

"hey...hey kid you in there?" snapping out of my internal monologue I focused on the woman in front of me that had been here the entire time.

"huh...oh yea sorry I just kinda spaced out there for a second," she smirks at me before continues on with what we were talking about earlier

"alright just don't let it happen again, now as I was saying if you hadn't noticed you're dead," she says it with such enthusiasm that it leaves me to question her sanity.

"well dont you worry because this is a good thing! my name is Lilim, the demon goddess of death and i need you to help me with something" it was official the girl in front of me was insane.

"HEY! I'm not crazy and you should be grateful that I even chose you for this mongrel!" looks like I've angered her, wait did she just read my thoughts?

"yep now back to business your life sucked in your previous world so I'm gonna give you another shot at life back over in my world, think of it like all those light novels you read" hmmm another go at life in a world filled with magic and adventure, is there really a down side to this?

"alright times up so what's it going to be?" she asks me with a look on her face that tells me she already knows what my answer is going to be.

"alright ill except your offer" I say to her which only makes her smile grow wider and somehow more sinister.

"Well lets get started then, by the way you're going to be reborn as a baby that's not going to be a problem is it?" wait WHAT! but before I can ask her anymore questions or complain I feel myself begin to fall down into the black abyss as my consciousness slowly fades away.

"well it looks like I made the right choice, grow strong my champion...my reaper"
