Talent Show

"Stop. Stop. Stop."
I felt the tears coming.
"Was I that bad?"
"Bad? You were phenomenal babygirl. The way you killed those runs and your voice is just amazing."
I started laughing and crying at the same time.
"Thank you so much." I said. I was so overwhelmed with happiness because my baby daddy liked my voice. Next step is for us to get married and have kids. But anyways...
I walked off stage and hugged Justin. He wiped my tears and told me how great I did.
"Babygirl, you were flawless. If you don't win then they don't know what true talent is. After this lets go get burgers to celebrate." He offered.
I smiled. "I would love that."

"Can all the contestants please come back to the stage so we can announce the winner." Baby daddy - I mean Big Sean announced. I was nervous and I'm sure Justin could tell because he grabbed my hand and smiled at me.
"You were great" he mouthed.
I nodded and waited for him to call out the winners.
"In third place, Amanda Riley dancing to Slow Motion by Trey Songz"

The crowd cheered for her and she went to get her trophy. I took a deep breath and squeezed Justin's hand.
"In second place, Justin Bieber singing Im Yours by Jason Mraz"
The crowd went wild and, although he looked disappointing, he smiled and got his trophy. He came back and hugged me.
"Next ones you" he told me.

I sighed and smiled. I tried to reassure myself by thinking positive but I was hella scared I didn't place.
"And in first place," Big Sean paused for dramatic effect and all you could hear was the drumroll. "Ariana Grande!"
I was basically crying when he hugged me and gave me the trophy. He smelled so good. The curtains closed and someone came to get his mic.
"Relax babygirl, you were amazing. And that body lookin right if I do say so myself." he laughed and hugged me again. I couldn't stop smiling.

Justin POV

I didn't like the way Little Sean or wateva his name is, was look at Ari. My Ari. Well not really, not yet anyway. She's so perfect! Her brown hair, big brown eyes, and smile. And ugh her lips are so soft looking. When I ask her to be mine later while we're getting burgers, the first thing I'm gonna do when she says yes is kiss her. It'll be like a scene from a movie. That is if I can even get her away from Sean.

She kept giggling and smiling like everything he said was amazing. He ain't all that and he can't even rap. I don't know what she sees in him anyway. But it's cool. She mine on the low low.

Ariana POV

I'm freaking out. He is even more perfect in person. His laugh, his smile, HIS LIPS, HIS VOICE. He keeps touching me on the sly but I know he dating Naya. I respect that.
"So winner, whatchu tryna do after this?" he asked me.
"I don't know" I blushed and giggled.
"Well what do you say I take you out for a nice fancy dinner?" he grabbed my hand.
"I don't know I mean my friend wanted to take me out..." I trailed off looking at Justin. He smiled at me.
"Come on. It's just one dinner with me." he smiled and I couldn't resist.
"I would love to." I smiled.
"Cool." his phone rang and Naya's face popped up on the screen. My smile fades slowly.
"Uh I gotta answer this." he told me.
"Yeah go ahead. Find me later for that dinner." I smirked. He nodded and walked off.

I found Justin on his phone. He looked up and smiled at me. "How's my favorite singer?" asked Justin smiling. "She's doing okay." I assured him. I had to cancel with him if I wanted to chill with Big Sean.
"So best friend?" I asked innocently.
"Yeah?" he asked skeptically.
"Can I postpone our burger plans?"
"Why?" he asked trying to hide his disappointment.
"Big Sean asked me out and I said yes but I wanted to ask you before hand." I didn't want to disappoint him but I really wanted to hang with Big Sean.
"Uh yeah okay that's cool" he replied. I couldn't tell if he was mad or sad so I guessed both. I walked away and found Sean.
"You ready?" he asked me.
"Yeah" I said reluctantly looking back at a hurt Justin. We got in the whip and drove off to the restaurant.
