I slowly awoke to the sound of birds chirping as I opened my eyes to look up at the emerald green leafs. That we're being shined on by the sun light.
I lifted my hand from the grassy plain to cover my face as the glare from the sun hurted my eyes after being trapped in darkness for so long.
Though I was caught by surprise when I gazed at my newly colored arm. The skin color of my elbows to my hands was turned out to be a dark but fading cyan and light blue.
It was a mesmerizing site as I carefully but quickly got myself up onto my feet, feeling the soft grass tickle my feet.
I looked down towards my arms to see that they certainly have changed. They we're both having the same color scheme as well with a little bit of what looked like claws?
I moved them around to see that they we're actually mine.
'Wh-What happened to me?' I quietly asked myself as I glanced towards my legs to see that they were not like my arms making me sigh a in relief in my head as I continued to observe my own features.
I was short, though that was normal for a 5 year old child. I was wearing a pair of very baggy jeans that we're barely being held up by a makeshift belt made up of a couple threads of strings. I had on a very tattered and dirtied white shirt that exposed my little stomach.
Seeing me in such a state I could only scowl at the sky as it seemed the being of light wasn't giving the best of intrest right now.
I began to gaze at my surroundings to see that I truly was in the middle of a forest. Cover in lush green trees, grass, and even bushes with berries.
Though I soon laid my eyes on a medium size lake that seemed to be out in a clearing. Seeing such a place, I quickly made my way there.
Once I was near the edge of the lake, I turned my attention onto the surface of the water as I gazed at my new self surprising me by how current appearance looked.
I had long black hair that had some small turquoise streaks in them as what seemed like small crystal antlers or horns peeked out from the front of it. I had amber colored eyes that were slitted for some reason as if I was Beast. Though another surprise for myself was that I had a small scaly tail that was shaped a bit weirdly.

Seeing such, my curiosity only rose.
'Just what am I?' I thought as I was brought out of my thoughts when I heard the sound of what sounded like a stick break.
I quickly turned my head behind me to see that it was a weird looking bear that was approaching.
It didn't look like any normal bear. It had all black fur, with bits of white that looked like a hardened bone scale covering its body. Some of it was jagged and turned up into giants spikes. It was very big, so big that I'm sure it could tower a grown adult without standing.
