And slowly she is slowly becoming insane 

Luckily the was a mysterious figure always visiting her and was checking her condition

He called himself as The Watcher

Everytime He visits Bismarck feels she is not alone and The Watcher always keeps Bismarck company

Until During one of his visit he gives a offer to Bismarck

Bismarck: Oh Mr. Watcher

The Watcher: Hello there Ms. Bismarck well since I'm also here I have proposal for you

Bismarck: Hmm? What is it?

The Watcher: Do you want to be alive again?

As he said this Bismarck was shocked and was about to say no but The Watcher spoke once again

and then Bismarck's surrounding turned white

At a random Hospital in London

We could see Nurses helping a Married Mother giving birth to a child and after a few minutes the Child is out of the Mother's tummy

They are the Moonwalker couple, Daisy Moonwalker and Michael Moonwalker

Daisy(Mother): Michael, Honey look she's so beautiful
