We could see 4 Representatives of the Sakura Empire(Akagi, Nagato, Mikasa, and Kongou), 2 Representatives of the Vichya Dominion(Dunkerque, and Jean Bart), 2 Representatives of the Sardegna Empire (Littorio, and Conti Di Cavour), and 3 Ironblood Representatives(Tirpitz, Prinz Eugen, and U-556) came inside as the Crimson Axis Representatives 

And at Azur Lane's Side there are 5 Eagle Union representatives(Yorktown, Enterprise, Pennsylvania, Cleveland, and Laffey(Who is with Javelin at the moment)), and 2 Representatives of the Iris Libre(Richelieu and Jeanne d' Arc), 3 Northern Parliament representatives(Sovetsky Soyuz, Tallinn, and Avrora) and one Dragon Empery Representative(Yat-Sen) and they all sit down at the chairs provided in the Meeting room

and then Hood, George, and some Royal Navy Maids came in to serve tea or coffee with biscuits as they wait for the commander for the peace talks 

until suddenly The projector opened and reveals The YouTube Website showing several Videos of a Youtuber called Yuro shocking some of the Shipgirls in the room and then One of the Maid shipgirls named Sirius spoke

Sirius: I-I Think I've connected the projector wire at the Commanders TV

Hood: What?!

Sirius: I'm sorry!

George: Then go to the commanders house to fix this!

and then Sirius heads outside of the room to fix her mistake and then the shipgirls looked at the screen and saw that it was going to play a video Titled: "HOT MAJESTIC SHTICK | HOOD"

and as the Video starts playing some where confused at first and then after a few minutes they laughed with Hood getting embarrassed as the video made about a point about her Ships tonnage since it was really unacceptable and she was matched with the Titanic that it almost became a conspiracy theory for many but Hood listed what the video said about putting some armaments in her free part area of her ship since it might help her

and then it shows a tactic called Kiting to which some of the Shipgirls payed attention since it might minimize the damage of there ships when they are fighting sirens

and as the Video ends Hood saw George a little angry since the Video said the British are getting horrible at there shipbuilding and made Hood's ship as an example and was also called as a abomination because of her free space side but Hood tells George it's alright since the video made some few points

and then as the Video ends it plays another video and this time its another Video about Yuro and it's this time it's about Scharnhorst's ship to which after they watched the video Ironblood shipgirls that were there were smiling and listed some thing that might improved there comrade's ship and then it plays more Yuro Videos which made some laughed(Like Prinz Eugen who is laughing at her sisters ship and has some new ways to annoy her sister even more), some being proud at themselves(Like Kongou who likes the Videos advice about abusing her knot speed) and some were embarrassed that they go to the corner of the room

And them some were amazed about how the video showed some of the ships that he is using on dodging torpedoes

At the Commanders house

We could see Diana and Blake laughing and were writing notes about how to improve some of the shipgirls abilities until Sirius came and tells them that what they are watching is what are the Shipgirls are watching at the Meeting room and Sirius explains that it was her fault causing Blake and Diana to sprint in the Meeting room to apologize at the shipgirls
