Atsumu blushed a bright shade of red from hearing that, which made everyone laugh.

With that Sakusa settled hun into a new position where he was cuddling Atsumu and Oikawa and Iwaizumi rested their heads on him.
Atsumu: This is more like it!
Iwaizumi: Yeah haha
Just as he said that a jump scare happened scaring the hell out of Atsumu. He accidentally hit Sakusa as he quickly got up.
Atsumu: AHH-! WAIT OMI ARE YOU OKAY?!
Sakusa: Y-Yeah...sorta
Sakusa removed his hand from his nose only for blood to come out.
Atsumu: I'm so sorry Omi! Are you okay?!
Atsumu gently caressed his face while gesturing Oikawa to get a napkin.
Sakusa: It's okay it doesn't even hurt-!
Atsumu: I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!
Sakusa: Atsu really don't worry about it, it's fine!
Oikawa: Kiyo here apply pressure.
Sakusa: Mmm thanks Kawa.
