Y/n POV:
You just got out of the Wizard King's Castle – at least that's how they call it– and you were walking around and have absolutely no idea where you are, although you were thinking that you're in a some sort of Market.
You looked around excitement and shocked filled you when the salespersons show some tricks when using their magics, while walking you looked at each stalls, some of them were selling foods, jewelry, etc.
While walking you heard someone "Hey Miss! The one with h/c hair!" You looked to where the voice was and saw a woman with blonde wavy hair and orange eyes waving at you
You walked towards her stall "Is there something you need, Ma'am?" You asked politely, "Oh! I would like you to have this" she said and giving you a medium type of box
You tilted your head and looked at the box, and opened it slowly. Your eyes widen seeing 10 differently designed jewellery
"M-ma'am! I can't accept this!" You shockingly said, you don't even know who this woman is, and she's giving you something might worth a lot of money.
"Oh miss! I insist! You can have it" she insisted and gave me a smile, you were about to decline again but she cuts you off
"You know refusing a gift is rude" she said with a small smile, you sighed knowing you lost.
She handed you the small-medium box, you were about to leave but– "Miss wait a moment" you looked at her as showed a glowing book
Lock magic: Master's Padlock
She casted a spell as the box glowed yellow, you looked at her confusedly "This is for safety measures, just in case it gets stolen. Whenever this box gets stolen not only the thief can't open it but once they attempted to open it, it will show up to your hands" she explained which made you amaze and shocked
You bowed with gratitude to the woman "Thank you Ma'am!"
She only waved her hand "Oh your welcome! You better get going, those youngsters at your place might get more worried"
You turned around about to leave "Alright thank-" you realized what she said and turned to look at the stall "Wait how did you know?!"
You looked back at the stall seeing nobody there 'What the hell was that?!' you shouted at your mind
The (h/c)-nette looked around the market hoping to see the woman again, but she is nowhere to be seen. You ran your hand to your hair, how? How does she know about them? Are they okay? Many questions ran through your mind.
"Miss are you okay?" A voice interrupted your thoughts as you looked at the man infront of you
"My name's Finral Roulacase" he introduced himself, "Oh! My name is Y/n Kocho" she introduced herself correctly in this place.
You scratch the back of your neck "Uhmm.... I have a question" you asked and he hummed "Hmm?"
"Have you seen a lady with blonde wavy hair and orange eyes?" You asked which made the Mage's eyes wide
"W-where?" He stuttered as you point to the empty stall, he sighed "That woman was one of the people who got injured to our fight with the devils, she was in the medical room to be healed but she disappeared."
The slayer looked down "I see" Finral looked at you "H-hey can we eat out some time?" He changed the subject to lighten up the mood
"Sure?" You replied confusingly which made him smile, "Although.. I have a problem..." You whispered but he can hear it
"What is it?" He asked "I don't know where how to go home.." you answered embarrassingly which made him chuckle
"Well I can send you there, just tell me where it is near at" he said as the book glowed
The former slayer then described the description of the shabby building you saw, he opens up a portal which made you awestruck.
You walked towards the portal, a little hesitant, and walked through it and saw the shabby building. Finral went through the portal as well
"You were actually describing the base that me and my squadmates stay at" He said, "Oh really? I apologize but it is shabby and also creepy at first glance" you replied bluntly.
You looked at the sky noticing that the sun almost sets "I better get going, I don't want to worry those young kids" you said as he nodded
"I'll walk you there" he said which you shake your head "No need I can go there by myself" you replied.
He looked at you "Are you sure?" He asked to which you nodded
You waved "I'll see you soon! Sayonara Finral-san!" And you ran to your home as he waved goodbye as well
Location: Y/n's home
You finally arrived home and heard a lot of talking which you first thought it was the three siblings, you opened the door "I'm home–" you said but the sight made your eyes widen

Finral only wanted to have a friendly dinner with you
Some of the people at the other stalls were confused as to why you were talking by yourself
A certain Mage sense Finral is back with another person whose ki is familiar
Y/n saw the most shocking sight she has seen to the point that she froze
